Amazing experience

It is difficult to overstate how we impressed we were by the property and the management. The property was exactly how it was described in the listing. The views are amazing. This was a perfect property for two people. Additionally, we were impressed by the host, Elizabeth. She and her family took care of all our needs - from dinner reservations, transport, carrying luggage up and down stairs (trust me this is very important in Oia!). Everything was perfect. Thank you Elizabeth for making our trip to your island memorable! Jason and Jen

Stunning location, amazing host, don’t think twice - book it.

We stayed 3 nights in this amazing little cave house. The view is breathtaking and it is perfectly perched on the edge for 360 degree views of the Caldera and Oia. Restaurants and shops are a 2 minute walk up a few steps. Our lovely host Elizabeth set up everything for us from a boat cruise, to dinner reservations and even picked us up and brought us back to the airport with her very nice husband. The house was well stocked with essentials and the AC worked great. The dipping pool was perfect and we used it for almost an entire day taking in the view. The houses in Santorini are on top of each other, so nothing is terribly private, but the dipping pool has a nice cover that keeps people above from seeing it. Don’t hesitate staying here. You won’t regret it. Thank you, Elizabeth for your hospitality and all of your help. It made our trip very special.

Highly recommend!

This felt like a once in a lifetime stay. It was somehow even better than it looked in the pictures. We LOVED the outdoor tub and spent plenty of time in there. Also, it was very nice to relax on the loungers out front in the morning and the evening. There was a gate just to the left of the entrance that kept out door traffic, which was nice. We also had room service come every other day, which I’ve never experienced with any other non-hotel rental I’ve booked. The management was very nice and left us a complimentary bottle of wine. The air conditioning and water heat worked perfectly. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a dream stay in Santorini!

Beautiful location and amazing hosts

The views!! This property was in a perfect location in Oia , steps away from all the shops and restaurants, beautiful views, yet still very quiet inside. The manager Elizabeth was also amazing during our trip. She helped arrange transfers, set up a winery tour for us, gave us some history on Santorini, and was so kind during our stay! Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a amazing stay in Santorini. Private hot tub and patio were the best.

Amazing Stay in Santorini!

The property was just as described. Perfect size for a couple and the views were unforgettable on the deck. Very clean. Location was very convenient to the shops and restaurants. Owner communication was excellent and so responsive to any requests; transportation, activities, restaurants, etc. We were met by a driver when we landed and taken directly to the property. So nice and easy. Bottle of wine as well for my wife's birthday. Would definitely stay there again, absolutely amazing and views are literally breathtaking. When you go, do the trail walk from Oia to Fira.

The house has a fantastic view!

I spent 5 nights in this typical "Santorini's house", from the 13th till the 18th of August 2018. The view was great and we were in the middle of Oia, with the caldera in front of us! Unfortunately we had an issue with the A/C, since day #1, and for 3 nights it has been almost impossible to sleep because of the high temperature (despite we received an additional fan, the temperature in the house was a real nightmare). The last 2 days have been as planned, very nice, with A/C working.

Under the Santorini Sun

I visited with a friend and the size was the perfect size for the two of us, however, if I would have been traveling with my husband, it would have been difficult because he's 6'5" and the place is truly a cave house, as they all are in the hillside, and he wouldn't have been able to fit in the bathroom or kitchen. Zaf, the house host, was amazing! He was so helpful and his recommendations on where to go and what to see were the best. We spent most of our hang out time at the place in the hot tub which was a huge bonus! After figuring out the lay-of-the-land we realized we had the best view and the best location (and again, the hot-tub/pool was great to spend time in). The place was very clean and simple. As Americans, I would have loved some more linens (towels, mats, wash clothes) but it certainly isn't worth complaining about. Maids did come daily to clean which was much appreciated. We were there in early March and there was a lot of construction preparing for the "season" and most of the shops/restaurants were closed. I would recommend this little place to any friend going to Santorini! In early March there is a lot of construction but it wasn't in our way. We couldn't say the same for a lot of neighbors who had major construction noises/activity in the effort to prepare for peak season. The best part about this place: view, location in Oia, pool/hot tub, Zaf (house host), cleaning staff.

Extraordinary stay at Artia Mansion

My husband Pedro and I can't say enough great things about our stay here. Incredibly romantic but would easily accommodate a small child, as well as one older adult. Our 29 year old joined us for five days, had a great time going down to the beach and slept comfortably in the alcove. It has THE BEST view of the Caldera, and is only about 20 steps from the main walkway, great restaurants, and shopping. We actually came home in better shape and when does that ever happen? Haris, the property manager, was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly, arranged for airport transfer, etc. Zaf was the person who met us at the Post Office drop off which is very close to the unit and was incredibly helpful during our stay, checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed, and all his recommendations for food and activities were great. CeCe, our housekeeper, came every day and made sure all was clean and tidy and even did some laundry for us. Also, this is an incredibly picturesque spot that many come to for wedding pictures. But Atria is the one unit we saw that had more privacy than the others. A few recommendations for restaurants: Karma and Gefsis. For jewelry, Alfa Art Gallery (beautiful micro mosaic work and Babylonia line.) We know most people go to Santorini for a couple of days, but the people are very special, the island has a luminous quality we have not ever encountered, and we felt our two weeks there were the trip of a lifetime.

Views for days!

Haris' home was stunning! Perfect location right off the busy Main Street but very quiet. The home was clean and spacious. We had a nice little kitchen to store our food and wine. The living room was spacious. We had some family over one evening to see the fireworks and we all fit comfortably in the living room and on the private deck overlooking the caldera. The bathroom was big with plenty of hot water. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The jacuzzi was awesome! Great spot to hang and enjoy the views. I really appreciated the fact that there was a gate just outside the property so that other tourists weren't walking right by our house. It felt more secure and private. Zaf was really helpful in getting us checked in and giving suggestions for things to do, where to eat, and where to get the best ice cream. All in all, a wonderful place to enjoy all that oia has to offer!

Beautiful, Cozy Apartment

My wife and I spent three nights in this "cave house" in Oia. Both the owner and property manager were extremely helpful and responsive. We were helped getting our luggage to and from the property, and they helped with shuttle reservations from the airport. The unit is small, but I suspect that is true of most of these properties with the stunning views of the caldera. The pictures on the site are very accurate of both the unit and the views. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate to let us fully enjoy the jacuzzi and terrace, but that wasn't the fault of the unit! Be advised you need to be very comfortable on steps to stay in these properties in Oia.

ABSOLUTELY. PERFECT.

From the moment we arrived, we were in heaven! Yannis was our contact and met us at the ferry shuttle to carry our bags, make sure we got a lunch, and get us settled in. The house is exactly as pictured, but even more beautiful. The Jacuzzi was a cool temp, which was great for the hot days, and the patio had the BEST VIEW of the Caldera of anywhere we went, ate, visited, or sat. It really is the best view in town. From night one until the day we left, Yannis helped us book reservations, gave us great suggestions about places to go and the best spots to see the sunset. The house was cleaned and bed made-up every day, the jacuzzi and patio were throughly cleaned daily, and the coffee was replenished whenever we needed. The service was TOP NOTCH!!! We felt like royalty. The location is ideal. You're about 20 steps from the main street, 2 minutes from the closest restaurant, and completely surrounded by incredible views, restaurants, and shopping. We will ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

Fabulous

The location along with the views far exceeded our expectations. The staff went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. They were so accommodating and helpful it was an added bonus. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Great vacation!
