This is the lower unit of a two story home. The upper unit is also rented through Airbnb. Some noise from upstairs should be expected.
We kindly ask the guests to adhere to the following rules:1. Quiet time 10pm-8am2. No extra guests without prior approval3. No parties and large gatherings4. No smoking inside the apartment5. Roll up the projector screen after use6. No activities generating excessive noise (ex. recording sessions)7. No commercial activity of any kind

The base provides massage option that helps you relax. Everything is controlled with a handy remote. Bedroom includes walk-in closet. Bathroom with shower attached to the bedroom.Living room includes gigantic Restoration Hardware leather sofa, cart coffee table, and desk with ergonomic Aeron office chair.
