Five spacious bedrooms and another living room with beds, you have your choice on each floor! On the bottom level is one bedroom equipped with a queen bed and next-door access to a full bathroom. There's also another area with the bunk bed (twin over full) and another queen bed conveniently located next to the sauna and second kitchen! Up on the main level, there is the master bedroom, with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. On the third floor, there are three more bedrooms with one queen bed each. The third and final bathroom is shared between these three rooms on the top floor.

On every floor, you will always have access to a bathroom! On the bottom level, the bathroom has one walk-in shower. The ensuite bathroom on the main level has a full tub and shower. The bathroom on the top level also has a shower/tub combo.

This home is fully equipped with two full kitchens! One on the main level and one on the ground floor. As you walk in through the front door, you love the open floor plan and the space for people to gather! Both kitchens have everything you need for grand, home-cooked meals, including coffee stations (Keurig and coffee pods), and bar seating at the island.

The dining area is right across from the kitchen, with a slider for easy access to the sunroom and back deck. This dining area has a dining table with seating up to 6, with more seating close by in the sunroom or alfresco on the deck!

If you thought the interior was spacious and relaxing, wait till you see the outdoor areas. We provide everything you need to enjoy the outdoors and the wonderful atmosphere of the Poconos! As you walk out onto the large back deck, you'll find comfy patio seating under the shelter to cozy up on and enjoy evenings stargazing or cooking up a nice family dinner at the grill (propane and tools are provided*). The deck is fully gated to keep kiddos and dogs contained!

Right below the deck is the private hot tub. What a perfect location! Set away from the rest of the home, you can sit back and relax with complete privacy as you listen to the sound of the fountain from the nearby Koi Pond in the backyard. Speaking of the backyard, make sure to spend some time lounging around the pond, relaxing in the hammocks, making some smores around the fire pit, or playing on your private playset. You'll also find a level 2 EV charger you're welcome to use by request during your stay. It is a genuinely remarkable vacation destination!

Our home is situated within a gated community, and you will be required to complete a Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests that must be completed 3 days prior to your arrival or a $75 late fee will apply. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 5-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.
