Pet/Kid Friendly - Spacious Whole House with Finished Basement and Parking!

This is a whole house rental, it has been in my family for nearly 50 years! Here to work? We have super fast 1 gigabit WiFi from Longmont’s Nextlight!

The main level has hardwood floors in all three bedrooms and the living room. Tile kitchen. All three bedrooms are furnished and have a closet. Two have a queen luxury hybrid mattress's (One is a Layla and one is a Dreamcloud) and the third bedroom has a Twin Trundle setup with nice mattress's. So, four total "Beds" in the 3 bedrooms. This home is best suited for up to 8 guests, but more can be discussed.

Updated bathroom features an accessible step in shower with tile and two shower heads.

Living room is well thought out and has fun yet comfortable furniture including a sofa that can lay out into a small bed (listed as the single). 4 chair dining table in this area as well as a record player stocked with plenty of records provided!

Kitchen has everything you will need to reheat take out or cook a whole meal for the house! Always stocked with plenty of coffee for the Kurig and French Vanilla Creamer!

The basement is finished and has a 65 inch flat screen TV, HUGE sectional (listed as the additional sleeping space for two people), furnished office room for getting work done, laundry room with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided and lastly, another 3/4 bathroom with shower. Plenty of books and board games are provided for you to use.

As a bonus, there is an enclosed 4 season patio that is great for additional eating or board game space!

Fully fenced backyard with patio. Bring the dog!

45 minutes to Estes Park
20 minutes to Boulder
Ski Area nearby (Eldora)
45 minutes to Denver
30-40 minutes from DIA and Regional airports.

**We do own a property management company (dont worry, this home is managed by us personally!) but we use our garage to store space heaters and supplies for our other houses, from time to time you may see me, or one of our employees access the garage for a supply but we will never interfere or both you unless you need something, just ask!

Adorable, spotless, and beautifully decorated! Every inch of the space is thoughtfully used and stocked with all the essentials you could need. Great location. We felt right at home the entire stay. Josh was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. We’d definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at GiGi’s cottage so much I gave it my own hashtag #cutecoloradocottage. It was exactly what I hoped: a fenced yard for the dogs, plenty of space upstairs and down, well stocked kitchen for cooking, and fun, colorful decor. Our host was responsive and helpful. Great Property!

This property was perfect for me, my husband and MIL. The house had everything we wanted/needed and Josh, the owner, was SUPER responsive. We highly recommend this property! When we’re back in town, we will stay here again!

Great clean place!!! Absolutely enjoyed my time here!

This place immediately felt like home as soon as we got there. Everything inside was neat and clean. The extra supplies in the bathrooms were handy in case someone forgot something. Everything was easy to locate and accessible. If we ever need to book a VRBO again in that location, this is gonna be our first pick!

The location is great for getting around town, it's walkable and close to Main Street. Huge driveway for games and guests. Great decorating style, makes you feel like you are at a posh mid century modern hotel, except it's a whole house!
