Katrina and Jarrod are the proud hosts of this charming 1914 home—a place filled with deep roots, rich history, and heartfelt memories. For Jarrod, this house is especially meaningful: it’s where he grew up, surrounded by laughter, love, and countless moments shared with his beloved Hess grandparents, who originally owned the home.

The Hess grandparents left a lasting legacy in the community. Randall Hess, Jarrod’s grandfather, dedicated over four decades to teaching and coaching at Roosevelt School. His commitment to education, kindness, and service is woven into the very spirit of this home, and it is a legacy Katrina and Jarrod are honored to carry forward.

When the opportunity came to restore and revive this special place, Katrina and Jarrod knew it was truly something special. They love bringing old homes back to life and sharing their character and charm with others. Every detail of this house has been thoughtfully cared for, with the hope that guests will feel both warmly welcomed and connected to its story.
