Welcome to your oceanfront retreat at Sea Ranch. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath house sleeps up to 6 and puts you close to coastal trails, beaches, and the community’s recreation centers.



The Space:

Settle into a relaxed Sea Ranch stay in this comfortable, no-fuss home designed for easy coastal living. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the house works well for families, couples, or a small group of friends.

The main living area offers room to gather after a day on the trails or at the beach. A simple dining area makes mealtime easy, and the adjacent kitchen provides the essentials you need for cooking at home. Step outside to enjoy the garden/backyard and fire up the outdoor BBQ grill for casual dinners al fresco.



When you’re ready to unwind, cue up a movie night with the DVD player, or head out to explore the community’s extensive trail system and beaches. Practical perks include an on-site EV charger and access to Sea Ranch’s communal outdoor pools (via the recreation centers), plus nearby tennis and a half-basketball court.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Maximum of 2 cars. Sea Ranch does not allow street parking overnight. No additional parking beyond what’s described.

• Stairs: The house has stairs (please see photos).

• Wi-Fi and Cell Service: Wi-Fi is provided; however, due to Sea Ranch’s rural location, internet speed and reliability—as well as cell service—can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Pets: Due to severe allergies, pets are not allowed at this home.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Came to Sea Ranch for my nephew’s wedding. Wanted to stay within walking distance of the wedding, so… Sea Ranch. Everything was beautiful inside and out. Easy access to path and tidal pools. Close to wonderful little restaurants. We loved everything about it!

Beautiful location of property with wonderful views of the ocean and easy access to the nearby bluff trail. However, the house itself and amenities provided were not what we hoped for. The house had an overwhelming and very unpleasant plastic-like odor. No instruction was provided for the baseboard heating system and room temperature was hard to control. We ended up turning it off. The dishwasher malfunctioned, spewing rinse water out of the air vent onto the counter. The towels provided were flimsy and not enough were provided. Cord for one of the large bedroom window blinds was broken. Although the house has potential and the setting is beautiful, we would not rent this expensive property again.

Great Stay

Need nirvana delivered a great experience as always. Couple points for manager:- did not receive instructions until after check in time. Did not receive request for document signature until after requested from prop manager- toaster oven broken in on position could be fire hazard if plugged in. Overall was a great stay. Thank you for everything.

Excellent Stay!

We just finished 3 nights in Neel Nirvana - and we loved it. The location is only about 100 feet from the bluff pathway/trail. The house was well-appointed, clean, and everything worked great. It was cold and rainy, but the baseboard heaters warmed up the house in no time at all. We will definitely stay again.

Great views, very convenient house, it is old but well maintained, it is getting closer to need an upgrade. excellent place for a family gathering, cooking, playing games, read a book, quiet and relaxing

Lovely home, great location

Our family loved our time at this special, light filled house on the north end of Sea Ranch, just steps from the bluff trail and climbing trees galore. Nicely appointed kitchen and the kids lived the books and games. Thank you for having us!

Gorgeous Location

Neel Nirvana is just a few steps from the bluff trail and has gorgeous ocean views from almost every room. We could see whale activity from the house! Kitchen could be better stocked, couple of bigger pots, serving bowls would have been very helpful to our long stay.

Quiet, clean, perfect!

We love the house, the neighborhood was a wonderful surprise for us and the landscapes were incredible, so beautiful!! We will come back next Winter to compare different season and ideally we will repeat same house. Thank you very much!

Great, in general!

Very nice, but the fireplace situation was not great. No one told us in any literature that we needed to bring only duraflame logs, and none were provided. Nowhere close to purchase them.Also, water heater was very low and not able to take more than one shower. In a big house, that wasn't really workable.The repair guy, Ryan?, was really great and very accessable, so that really helped!

Lovely stay, house could be better stocked

We have been to Sea Ranch several times over the years. The house has a great location, near the Del Mar recreation center, easy access to the Bluff trail. It was clean and spacious. We like to cook and while there were sufficient utensils and pots and pans to do so, basics like salt and pepper and cooking oil weren't provided. Many of the houses in Sea Ranch have hot tubs and we were disappointed to find this one didn't. Kids enjoyed the books and games provided. All in all a nice stay, comfortable lodgings, a few more touches and it would be perfect.

Small comments

Small comments: advertised as having a bbq and there wasn’t. No big deal but had planned around that. There is a spacious wind protected deck with fabulous view, but no furniture so it can’t be used. Some cheap Adirondacks would make a huge difference in the use of this home. A table with parasol would be great too. There is a dangerous tripper in the master bedroom shower; a single step that can’t be seen until you trip the first time you use the shower. A visual warning or skid step would be a very good idea. Someone could easily be hurt in a fall here. Otherwise just fine. Great location adjacent to bluff trail.

nirvana at sea ranch

great location right on the beautiful bluffs and the bluff trail. the house couldn't have been nicer, cleaner or better equipped for cooking. the problem was with grand welcome. they didn't write me with the property details- "our text to you bounced back to us" and they didn't take the time to send them to me or phone me." when i called their office they didn't answer their phones - i was on hold for a whole hour and no one picked up the phone - even though their recording kept telling me i was no 1 in their queue. when i FINALLY reached someone, they told me i had the wrong office number. even though that was the number given on my receipt! i went to the sea ranch property office like the sign in the house said - no one was there and it is closed. i texted two questions about how to turn on the heat and no one ever got back to me. thank god we had a wonderful time at the place, but not thanks to them.

Lovely home in my favorite area of Sea Ranch

Sea Ranch is a large area, and not all houses are alike. Some of the houses have better walking paths, better views of the oceans, access to beaches, etc. I find that the more northern area of Sea Ranch is my favorite. This house is very special. It's a split level home with two bedrooms, laundry, bathroom, and large kitchen on one level. Living room in the middle area. Large bedroom with a queen bed and HUGE bathroom on the upper level. There is another room off the dining room which is great for midday sun. The only negative is the room gets VERY warm and there is no screen on the sliding glass door. Nearly all the rooms have a fantastic view of the ocean. The house also features an unobstructed sunset view. This house is great but younger kids would probably get bored. There is a smallish TV in the living room. The tv's in the other rooms are too old to connect Chromecasts/streaming devices or newer HDMI devices. WIFI also doesn't reach all the rooms in the house. However, if you love the outdoors, bring your bikes, and good walking shoes. We saw LOTS of deer, coyotes, osprey, and other predator birds like turkey vultures. The negatives: Big negative was lack of communication from the property management company. We arrived to the property around 5pm. The next morning, around 10am I got an email that said some trash (not ours) was all over the front of the house and across the street. We were told if we didn't throw out the trash, we would be fined. I contacted the company multiple times to advise that a. it wasn't ours BUT b. if we did need to pick it up, we would need gloves, bags, and at least anti-bacterial soap. We ended up going into town after not hearing anything from the property management company and got hand soup (since there is only cheap hotel hand soup at the house), and gloves to pick up the garbage. We went to go out and pick up the garbage and one of the managers from the company were out picking things up. Appreciated, but I was afraid to go and do anything, basically making the day ruined. Additional negatives/suggestions: there are no blinds on one window in the bathroom upstairs, and downstairs in the bathroom. If you are a lady, and showering, you will be seen by the neighbors. Especially at night. I spoke with the property manager lady, so I hope they get it fixed. The house also has ants (common for sea ranch) so be careful leaving out foot on the counter.

Excellent property in top notch neighborhood

We needed some quiet time and this property was exactly what the doctor ordered! The layout is perfect, the cleanliness was unmatched and family member had their own space. Loved it. We are definitely going back!
