Lovely, cozy home on a cul de sac in a great, quiet, neighborhood. The screened in back porch is amazing for morning coffee or late night talking. Decor is warm and welcoming and rooms have comfortable beds. Super close to grocery and gas and a short drive to Ocean City. Great place to stay!

Yearly family vacay

This is our second time visiting this property and we really enjoy it. The location is quiet and woodsy, which is perfect for our family. Its out of the hustle and bustle of everything, yet close enough to enjoy all that the area has to offer. John is quick to respond & the house is always clean and ready for us when we arrive. We hope to come back every year.

Perfect location

The location is great and close to everything. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The house is perfect. There is tons of wildlife just roaming the area. The enclosed back porch is great to just sit and have dinner. Would definitely stay again.

Another great stay

This was the third time my family has stayed at this property. While it is a bit far from the beaches, we love the quiet, secluded location and the deer, wild turkeys, turtles, and other wildlife that make regular appearances. The house is well furnished with everything we needed and the screened deck with grill is an especially nice feature. Very comfortable for five of us!

Delightful retreat

Stayed for the week with our pups and my mom joined us. Beds & furniture were comfortable. Wildlife visits were exciting. We had a lot of dragonflies and mosquitoes out front but the screened in porch allows you to be outside without the bugs bothering. The house was spotless and I was impressed by the upgrades. Lots of restaurants in the area (we really liked Yellow Fin’s take out) & less than 10 minutes drive to Fenwick beach. Quick drive to Ocean City. I would definitely stay here again. Owner was quick to respond when I reported a concern. This was a fantastic experience all around.

Beach vaca 2024

The house was immaculate and all the amenities were more than enough. The kids loved watching the deer in the front yard! We made a whole lot of memories on this vacation and our stay made it even more enjoyable. This was the second time we have stayed at this house and it gets better each time!

Perfect stay

The house was perfect for our family of 4 and small dog. We couldn't believe the updates that have been made. The kitchen, floors, and decor have all been replaced since the photos. The house is at the end of a cul de sac and is surrounded by trees, making it feel very secluded. The host, John, is very responsive and friendly. We hope you book again next year!

Vacation 2024

We had a great vacation! Second time at this comfy house. We enjoyed the daily visits from deer, foxes and turkey. The location is quiet but quick trip to all our destinations.

Comfortable stay in Bayside

We had last stayed at this property in 2016. The owners have made significant updates since that time and we found the house to be very comfortable and furnished with everything we needed! It is located in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood filled with deer and other wildlife. The screened porch and back yard are relaxing spaces that we used daily during our week of beautiful weather. If you have a small family group, I would highly recommend this place!

Loved the location. Near grocery, Restaurants in Bayside. A short drive to the beach & more restaurants & shopping. House was comfortable for our 5. Screened porch was very pleasant for cool evenings. Grilled !

Perfect cozy cottage Vacation

This Home had everything needed for a great vacation. We used the back porch every night for dinner and board games. There were beach chairs and other items for a relaxing trip to the beach. We will definitely be back

2023 Delaware beaches vacation

The property was exactly as advertised and all the amenities listed were present. It was nice to have access to the grill and we loved the screened in porch. The porch was a game changer given how much rain we had and how many bugs were in the air. The neighborhood was very quiet which allowed us to enjoy the nightly frog concerts! John was an excellent host who responded to us very quickly.

John's beach house

This is a cozy 3 br ranch that is at a very private cul de sac but in the Bayside community, with great walking/biking, access to the bay, and a 15 minute drive to Fenwick Island SP. This was my 2nd visit and I plan to be going here again.
