This unit is a detached condo in the middle row.
Public beach access crossing the road; just one block over. We are not accountable/responsible if any beach access is closed by Town of Grand Isle due to construction or other reasons.

1)There are 4 dedicated covered parking for Unit E in first floor. Oversized vehicles/ trucks with trailers are prohibited to park in parking lot.

Pet Rules :
Maximum 2 dogs allowed & bring pet sofa & bed. Pets are not allowed in any furniture provided by host. Please furnish the details of do breeds / weight. Please don't use the bathtubs to give shower to the dogs. That leads to clogged bathtubs & drainage issues due to excessive pet hairs. Please use the downstairs faucet to wash pets.

The property is clean. The location is great. The parking under the building is very tight to maneuver in and out of. The interior was clean. The bar stools are wobbly - we never sat in those. We had no paper towels or toilet paper - we had to contact the on call number to get access to get some. The bed mattresses are covered in plastic - easy to clean, I’m sure, but noisy. We were rained in for three days, but we had plenty of room inside to relax.
