Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom, 2-bath Bonita Springs retreat. This stunning home is beautifully appointed and features 1 king bed in the master and a queen bed in each of the other 2 bedrooms. Enjoy the nice amenities like WiFi, AC, Pool, hot tub, fire pit, steam shower, washer/dryer, BBQ, 4 TV,s including one outside. Both bathrooms have showers and are equipped with a hair dryer soap and shampoo, One bathroom has a wonderful steam shower. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

Clean and updated home, exactly as described. Host was able to accommodate an early check in. Property manager responded quickly to our requests for help. Quiet neighborhood that was close to everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and there plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, and toilet paper. The instructions for using the hot tub, pool, and televisions were a bit confusing. The back door was difficult to lock. I would also suggest adding trash cans to the bathrooms and a mirror in the master bathroom. Maybe also post a schedule (or provide some notice) when pool maintenance and landscapers are expected to visit the house. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would visit again.

I am originally from the UK and have been a high-end builder and developer, first in Los Angeles and then in SW Florida for the last 37 years. Construction has always been my passion, and I love to create beautiful spaces. This home was my personal home and you will find that it has been beautifully updated and feels super homey. I have recently retired and now am traveling a lot. I have a rental manager, Amy who take fatastic care of guests when I am not it town.

I have built homes in some of the most expensive areas around SW florida. I have always enjoyed living in Bonita Springs. The access to the beach is fantastic... literally right down the street. There are many great restaurants and nightlife close by. Old town Bonita has gone through a transformation and has some super places to hang out. Downtown Naples is only 20 minutes away if you want super high end dining and bars.

I have several vacation rentals, and I try to provide a home that I would love to stay in. I feel my houses are more luxurious than the competition, and I have focused on things like comfort, using high beds.
