Your cozy getaway awaits in New Orleans at this charming condo. With 2 queen beds in 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom with and essential amenities like WiFi and AC, this space is perfect for a relaxing stay. Experience the magic of New Orleans at our condo.

Close to Armstrong Park, Port of Call, Bourbon Street, Frenchman Street. You will love the condos because of the location, parking*, security, park, and security. The condos are good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small groups of friends. The Condo is one of the best values in New Orleans and a hidden gem. Located one block from French Quarter and 3 blocks from Bourbon Street; You are in walking distance to the Superdome or a quick 5 minute car ride. It's the perfect place to stay if want to be by all of the action.
The condo consists of 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, and living room. There is a 52 inch television in the living room. The rooms feature a dresser with mirror, memory foam mattresses, 32 inch Fire tvs, spacious closets, and each room has a window unit for your desired temperature. We take no shortcuts when it comes to our guests who we want to have a nice place to stay while joining the festivities of New Orleans!
Don't be fooled by a lot of other places that advertise that aren't even close to the French Quarter or the festivities. The Big Easy condo is in the middle of it all. The condo also has (Limited) off-street parking upon request when booking and the living area is gated. Full size stove, fridge, Silverware, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, towels, etc. The condo can comfortably sleep 4 guests. ✅✅Very important✅✅ - we require a 2 night minimum on all weekend stays (Friday & Saturday) unless approved PRIOR to booking; a 5 night minimum during Mardi Gras - 2/13/26 til 2/18/26. Jazz fest requires a 4 night minimum. Halloween & New Years both require a 4 night minimum. Please check you are booking the required number of days or your reservation will be cancelled.✅✅.

Parking Info: We have very limited parking spots and you can request an offstreet parking spot when booking. If we have a spot available, then we will assign you one parking spot. There is also ample street parking. #frenchquarter #superbowl #taylorswift #saints #neworleans

The condo was clean, neat and exactly as described. Communication was excellent and the owner was very responsive and helpful. The location is great as it’s on a quiet street yet is a very short walk to restaurants, shops etc. in the French Quarter.

Perfect for our mother/daughter trip

This little place was perfect for my daughter and me. We take an annual trip each year but had never been to New Orleans together. This place was exactly what we needed. Everything was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. We liked that it was easily walkable to Bourbon Street. The owner, Jodi, was so nice and communication was fantastic.

The property was dirty, floors not clean, the bathroom tub had a brown liquid substance oozing down the side, used towel and wash cloth hanging on the back of the door. Electrically, I'm surprised the place hasn't burn down. Outlet cover missing in bedroom and behind the couch and an outlet in the kitchen was basically dislodged from the outlet box. The property itself is in a dangerous area confirmed by multiple Uber drivers and if the owner provided a picture of the outside, no one would rent this place. Outside the property had numerous vehicles on jacks and piles of garbage stacked up against the building. When these issues were relayed to the owner, the owner was quite smug and disinterested in my commentary. The fit and finish of the interior was completely inferior to the point the property came across as a money grab. A family lives upstairs and pounded on the floor until late at night and the next door neighbor has (3) dogs that barked excessively throughout the night. Ive traveled extensively over my life both personally and business travel, both nationally and internationally and hands down this was the worst property I have ever stayed at. I could go on and on but whats the point. Extremely disappointed

Host was excellent

Convenient to downtown. Neighborhood looked sketchy but it was safe. Security was excellent. Couldn't ask for a better host. The place was clean.

March weekend in New Orleans

This property is right outside the French Quarter, so a great location. The accommodations are simple, but adequate. It is an older property, so keep that in mind, but clean, quiet, and safe. For the two nights we were there, this property was just fine. Good communication with the property manager.
