We have 1000+ reviews on other sites, but are just new to VRBO. .
This adorable condo in New Orleans offers a serene escape for guests. With 2 queen beds in 2 bedrooms, this cozy space is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy the cool AC, WiFi, and other amenities provided for your comfort. Original hardwood floors. Located in a quiet safe area 1 block from the French Quarter. Super comfy sectional couch, new mattresses, cold AC, & privacy. Building entrance is gated for security. We do have a limited # of off street reserved parking spots available; if you need a spot, it must be requested when booking. note this is a 2nd floor unit & stairs are required to access it. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
Parking Info: We have very limited parking spots and you can request an offstreet parking spot when booking. If we have a spot available, then we will assign you one parking spot. There is also ample street parking.

Minimum stays: On weekends (Friday & Saturday night, there is a 2 night minimum unless we approve less prior to booking. For special events (Jazz fest, Mardi Gras, NYE, 4th of July, there is a 3-4 night minimum.

There were pigeons running back and forth above the ceilings and making cooing noises. The unit smelled musty and like stale cat. There were mouse droppings behind the couch and hairballs/dust bunnies everywhere and a glass shard on the bathroom floor.We ended up not staying and are still waiting for a resolution on our refund

The room was dirty, there was no elevator and I hurt my shoulder pulling my luggage up the stairs. We has trouble getting into the building first then the room.

The apartment was clean although there was a mild musty odor. The furniture was less than shabby chic. Communication with the owner were less than pleasant and professional. We decided to leave the property without staying at all for the above and especially for the neighborhood. There were a number of houses with wrought iron gates, the area in general from when we got close to the property was older houses with most looking not too well cared for. Most of the vehicles parked on the street and driveways were older and also not well cared for in my opinion. It is my experience that these conditions described are more prone to problems and this is what made our decision to leave. The owner Ray would not discuss my issue on the phone as I requested to inquire about the refund for the second day and only communicated by message in VRBO. In this way he was judgemental about our character and was very defensive. He did not seem to understand our rationale of wanting to have a good feeling and positive vacation experience and was very lacking in customer relations and satisfaction.
