Hosts were outstanding. Communicated well and very responsive. Our favorite feature is definitely the hot tub under the redwoods. So relaxing, quiet, and secluded. Cooked dinner most every night. Really enjoyed the peaceful quiet and comfortable beds.

Had a great stay !! Location very close to all the parks to go see, the property was absolutely stunning in the mornings. Hosts were kind and answered any questions, I’d definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Driving between the trees to the cabin was like entering another world. There are neighbors close enough so that you don’t feel completely isolated, but it’s a very private location. The hot tub felt amazing after long days on our feet, and being able to sit around a fire was amazingly peaceful. We love this cozy little cabin and will definitely be coming back on our next trip!

Had a great stay in Amy's cottage. She was great about communicating and helping to answer questions and resolve any issues very quickly. It was a great location to get to Oregon beaches as well as the Redwoods. It was quiet and had lots of privacy. Very scenic views. It was a perfect size for me being alone or for couples or small families or groups. The only issue is that I had to leave and wish I could have stayed longer. Super cozy! Will be back for sure!

Quaint little cabin nestled in the redwood canopy, an absolute delight. After daily exploring we enjoyed home cooked meals around the kitchen table, followed by the evening hot tub soak.

Cottage in the Woods

The cottage was in a perfect setting surrounded by redwood trees. We enjoyed sitting in hot tub looking up at the trees. The house reminds me of my grandmas house with the furniture and decor. We had a great time and would recommend the rental.

Nice quiet place in the Redwoods

We had a great stay at Amy's Redwood Cottage. The property is private with large trees, lots of space for yard games, and a hot tub tucked in the corner. The house had everything we needed for a multiple day stay.

This place was the perfect home away from home for our family to experience our first visit to the Redwoods. The house was immaculately cleaned, and we really appreciated the little touches like the welcome basket of snacks, toiletries, laundry detergent and extra odds and ends in the kitchen that made our stay easier. Coming back to the hot tub after each day of hiking was just what we needed. We loved seeing the goats on the other side of the fence wander up and say hi to us while we were in the hot tub! The flowers and yard were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. Truly one of the nicest places we've stayed on a family vacation.

Our stay in the Pacific Northwest

We had a wonderful time visiting the Pacific Northwest in mid May. This was a perfect time of year to visit. The weather was beautiful. Our time spent at the cottage was relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, what a wonderful bonus after our long hiking days. The cottage was exactly what we planned on. It was very clean!! It had everything we needed, very quaint. The bed topper’s were very appreciated, I hate hard beds, so that was a nice touch. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us. We had a great time.

Beautiful Area

I loved this place! It's in an absolutely beautiful spot and is very quiet and private. There is a gas station just a few minutes up the road where you can get a few things if needed and the redwood national park isn't too far of a drive from here. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Fairytale Cottage

A simple but comfortable place that feels very secluded but is only about 15 minutes from town and half an hour from great trails in the redwoods. Great place to stay. And the hot tub was a nice feature.

Great little place!

We loved this place! It’s not far from town but in the trees. Quiet and secluded. Older house. Clean. The hot tub is a great touch. I revimend you bring your own fire starter and use caution when entering the hot tub, the steps go to lounger instead of the step inside. We both fell at different points. Thank you!

I was born and raised in Del Norte County. After leaving the area for many years pursuing higher education and a career, I moved back in the Spring of 2021 with my family to raise my children in this beautiful landscape. We love spending time outside; hiking in the redwoods, searching for "treasure" on the beach, and swimming in the river during the warmer summer months.
