We stayed at this property for a weekend, and unfortunately our experience did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, the bathrooms did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned, as there was visible hair on the floors and noticeable water rings and stains in the toilets that were easily removed when wiped. During our stay, we encountered several maintenance and safety concerns. The towel bar in the primary bathroom was loose and came off the wall when removing a towel. The living room couches showed significant wear, with very flat cushions that provided little support. Additionally, the top bunk bed had an exposed piece of metal on the rail, which scratched one of our children; we temporarily addressed this by covering the area with a folded sheet to prevent further injury. Parking was also challenging, as even with only two vehicles, available spaces were very limited, and many cars were parked in undesignated areas such as the grass or posted no-parking zones. On the second morning, there was a brief power outage, which we understand was outside of the property’s control; however, once power was restored, the thermostat repeatedly reset itself to 57 degrees. We attempted to adjust it to a comfortable temperature, but it continued to revert back, and on our final morning the unit was noticeably cold at 63 degrees, though being on an upper unit provided some residual warmth. We made the best of our short two-night stay and did not use the kitchen or pool due to the weather.
