Summary:

Welcome to Hillside Lodge, a beautiful condo minutes from famous Branson attractions. The home is tastefully designed with neutral decor and modern furnishings that are sure to please every guest.



The Space:

The main living area is open-concept allowing all guests to join the conversation. The living room highlights ample seating, a Smart TV, and access to the balcony outside. The balcony with outside seating is the perfect space to start your mornings with a caffeinated brew in hand.



The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to whip up meals from home. A toaster, and coffee maker are also available for your convenience. Steps from the kitchen, a dining table seats 4. A high-top table and stools are adjacent to the dining area for more casual meals.



The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 3 lovely bedrooms. Each space is furnished with beautiful accents and luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.



Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a King bed, and Smart TV.

Bedroom #2 highlights a Queen bed, and Smart TV.

Bedroom #3 is decked out with a King bed, and Smart TV.

There are 2 full shared bathrooms with a shower/tub combo and they are stocked to serve guests.



THINGS TO NOTE:

-This is a walk-in unit.

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

- There are unassigned parking spaces for 2 vehicles.

- A laundry room off of the kitchen is available for guest use

- If more space is what you are looking for, the unit below can be rented together. To rent both units look for Hillside Duo or contact Customer Care.

- This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.

- Guests are welcome to enjoy the seasonal community pool located in the complex.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

Great Branson stay!

Located in a quiet area even though neighbors all around. Beds were comfortable. Place was extremely clean. Check out rules were simple. Would recommend to family and friends!

Nice place for Family Vacation.

Very nice condo in a great location. The only drawback was we had a family with young kids above us and all you could hear is the kids running back and forth, bouncing balls and yelling. Other than that we had a very nice stay!

Great place to stay!

Very cozy, clean and comfortable beds. Their wasn't anyone in our family that had anything negative to say about the stay. Will definitely return here for future stays! Only issue we had was Google Maps sent us to the newer units; obviously this isn't the owner's fault, just wanted others to be aware.

Comfortable place, but smelled like smoke

The condo was nice and clean, but as soon as we walked in it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. I contacted the rental company and they brought over some air freshener spray. But be aware if you are sensitive to smells it smells like old cigarette smoke. Also the people renting upstairs were extremely loud and were constantly stomping/walking. It was very loud

great home base

My husband and my 3 20 something boys stayed here to visit around Branson. This was a great location to quickly get to shows, a short drive to Silver Dollar City, and close to water and hiking at Table Rock State park. the condo had plenty of space and a nice kitchen for easy at home meals. Clean and comfortable.

Lack of storage

It was easy to get to the property and get in. The owners had communicated well with us.Upon arrival we found that there were no dressers in any of the bedrooms. Luckily we were staying just a short time, but had to live out of our suitcases. Some drawers, even if in the closets, would be helpful.Mostly clean. I did wipe up some spots on the floor which looked suspicious. Also, coffee maker took 20 min to brew and had flakes floating in it. I did let the manager know and they offered to bring another coffee maker for us. The unit is basically an apartment, so be aware of the thin walls and loud neighbors above and down the hall.Very convenient location.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice and perfect for 6 guests. Location is great. The air conditioner was out of Freon when we got there, a chair was broken and it smelled like smoke from neighbors but we texted the managers and they sent maintenance over and took care of everything. Communication was great. We would rent again.

Nice Accomodations/Close Proximity to the Strip

Very easy to search and book online. Check-in and check-out were very easy and handled entirely via email. Condo was nice, spacious, clean, and as described in the listing - the only downside is that it did smell like cigarette smoke when we arrived. Unit had multiple air fresheners already installed, but a couple of extras helped hide the smell after a few hours. Overall, very nice and would stay again.

It was good on the surface, but…

We are really enjoying the space, but the biggest reason for not giving the property 5 stars would be: 1. Cleanliness- on the surface, things look tidy, but I think housekeeping should do a bit better about more thoroughly cleaning. I took a few photos to show "dust bunnies" and sent them to the property manager. We have also had issues with lots of strands of hair on the "clean" linens - bedding and towels alike. No response from the property manager. 2. Noise- the neighbors above were running across the floors until after midnight on our first night, so sleeping was difficult. Also, there is apparently a bed or chair with a vibrating or massage function that sounds likes it's about to come through the ceiling. Then, we received loud knocks to our door less than 90 minutes after returning to the property from being out all day. It was a noise complaint for the neighbor below stating that we needed to quiet down. It was only 9:15 pm on a Saturday night! 3. Internet/TV issues- Connection is so poor that the back bedroom TV will not connect easily for the TV to be functional 4. Lighting- no way to turn on ceiling fan light in the back bedroom (pull chain is broken off) I texted this message stating issues 1-4 to the property manager in this exact layout/language (including photos) to respond to their text asking how our stay had been so so far. The message was sent more than 24 hours before we checked out, and I have yet (nearly 2 weeks after departure) received any sort of communication. I had definitely hoped for more, because these are all “easy-fix” issues.
