The Space:

Property highlights include upscale furnishings, a game room, breathtaking views, and close proximity to both the water and Branson attractions. The home has been thoughtfully designed so that guests in a large group have plenty of personal space. The decor is sophisticated and redefines lakeside living.



The open-concept floor plan provides an organic flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Vaulted ceilings with large windows boast a grand atmosphere and beams of natural light. The living room offers ample, conversation-style seating, a fireplace, Smart TV, and access to a large balcony. Start your day outside with a morning brew in hand taking in the breathtaking landscape beyond.



Back inside, the kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and a spacious center island with 4 stools. The center island is ideal for extra prep, casual dining, and serving up drinks and hors-d'oeuvres. Steps away, two large community-style tables allow everyone to dine together.



Find supreme comfort in one of the five bedrooms that sleep up to 14 guests. Each room is furnished with complementing decor and top-of-the-line bedding to ensure everyone has a restful stay.



- Bedroom #1, located on the main floor, is outfitted with a King size sleep number bed, Smart TV, and en-suite with shower/tub combo.

- Bedroom #2, also located on the main floor, boasts a King size sleep number bed, Smart TV.

- Bedroom #3, located on the lower level, prompts the ultimate sleepover! The room is configured with 3 Twin-over-Twin bunk beds sleeping a total of 6 guests. An en-suite with shower/tub combo complete the space.

- Bedroom #4 and Bedroom #5 are mirror images. Both rooms are located on the lower level and offer King sleep number beds, Smart TVs, and private en-suites.



In addition to the 4 ensuites, the home has another full bathroom and half bath to accommodate guests. Just when you think the fun is over, a bonus room with games galore await! Enjoy friendly competition in a dedicated space with the pool table, foosball table, arcade game, kitchenette, smart TV, and seating.

The location is located in Branson Cove, a private lakeside community that offers a large community outdoor pool with loungers. Begin a calm day watching wildlife right from the front porch and then head over to Table Rock Lake to enjoy a day on the water.  Silver Dollar City, less than 10 miles away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880s theme and is great for family fun! Downtown Branson, also less than 10 miles away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events. Other major attractions include Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, an aquarium, the Titanic Museum, Grand Village Shops, and more!

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
