Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a king-size bed, a twin-size daybed with a twin-size trundle bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes 2 queen-size beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a main-floor, walk-in unit with 4 steps required.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking is available for 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Portable crib available.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
