Great stay

Great stay. The only thing I would have changed is the couch was pretty worn out. But the property and service was great, and we loved the view!

The apartment was clean with a great view. It is in a good location. The neighbors are loud. The living room furniture is very worn out. I had family coming in from other states and we got there early and was told it would be a 25.00 per hour for early check in. We went to a restaurant got a drink to waste time. We did get to check in about 20 minutes early. If the place is ready why charge for early check in? I’ve never been charged! It was easy communicating with the owner.

Thank you for staying with us! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the clean apartment, great view, convenient location, and easy communication with our team. We appreciate your feedback regarding early check-in. Early access is based on availability and requires coordination with our housekeeping and inspection schedules to ensure the unit is fully prepared before arrival. As noted in the listing, early check-in is subject to availability and has additional fee when requested and approved. We’re also sorry to hear about the noise from neighboring units and your concerns about the living room furniture. We appreciate you sharing this feedback and will pass it along to our team for review. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to welcome you back in the future.

Family getaway

Booking and communication was very easy and smooth. Though not expecting to be in the second floor of a condo, it was a perfectly adequate place for a family of 5. I was a little disappointed in the sparseness of cooking utensils but everything else was good.

Room with a view

Nice location being away from the busy night traffic and high traffic areas. The view of Branson at night, with the lights and attractions that rose out of the mountains, was also nice to view at the end of a full day of sights, shopping and fun

The place was in a perfect location. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen wasn’t fully stocked for cooking. There wasn’t a lot of cooking utensils and pots and pans. The couch was very worn. It was hard to get up from and wasn’t the most comfortable. But the view was amazing!!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location, comfortable beds, and especially the amazing view! We’re sorry to hear that the kitchen setup and couch did not fully meet your expectations. These concerns were not brought to our attention during your stay, and we had established communication upon check-in, we would have been more than happy to assist or provide additional items if needed. That said, your comments have been shared with our team so we can review the kitchen inventory and assess the condition of the couch for improvements. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

This property was great for our short trip to Branson. Well furnished. Kitchen had all of the essentials. Good access to Silver Dollar City and Branson. Only Improvement would be to have a table that seats 6 to match the beds.

Not the best

We didnt contact property management, just because was short stay. First the furniture has seen better days, couch sunk in back and the material is worn, the dresser in bed room handle came off right in our hands, then pulled other drawer and the dresser nearly toppled over catching the TV..whew!! Bathroom faucet was upside down in tub, not sure what was going on there. Washer and dryer loud and old. Was more like garage sale housing.. however the beds were comfy..

The living room furniture needs updated the mattresses could use an upgrade. Or at least an option for a pillow topper for people with back issues.
