We have stayed here twice because family is in the area. It is very clean and well stocked for us. Husband works remote when we are there and the wifi is great. Super responsive host. Highly recommend.

A gem of a place

This place was perfect for us. We visit family in the area and location was great for us. The place was outfitted with everything we needed for our stay. The owner was onsite, friendly and attentive. He asked how things were going and if we needed afyer we arrived.anything after we arrived.

Comfortable and clean.

Property manager is friendly and gets back to you quickly. Close to everything you need in Pleasant Hill comfortable beds. tastefully decorated.

Everything was clean and tidy as reflected in the listing. The Host Kurt was very responsive. Check-in was very smooth. Nice layout and location as we attended a concert at the Toyota Pavilion. Thanks again Kurt! We will definitely book again if in the area.

This place immediately felt like home. Easy to find and get to. Great location to many things...3 hours to pfeiffer beach down in big sur, less than an hour to San Fran, less than 30 minutes to Jellt Belly.....tons of shopping in the area and close to major roadways. The beds were super comfortably, probably best sleep in 2 weeks here. Everything was super clean and the shower was superb!! Super cute decor and tons of space. Wished we could stay longer!!

This is a beautiful, brand-new space. It was very clean, and it has all of your basic kitchen needs covered. Nice bedding, and plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable, the climate controls were easy to use, and the bathroom had a wonderful shower with great pressure and plenty of hot water. Parking is on the street. One thing to be aware of, if you are not a morning person, is that a nearby business has large trucks that arrive at 7am loudly. We had to be up early, so it was ok for our visit. We plan to stay here again on our next trip down.

Clean, comfy, well-stocked

We travelled from the east coast to visit family, but wanted a space of our own to stay. This was one of the cleanest, freshest units we’ve stayed in. Everything worked well, from the coffee maker to the washing machine. The shower is great with good water pressure, and the 2 beds were very comfortable. Street parking was easy.I would say the only real detractor was the Goodwill right behind the unit starts loading their trucks very early in the morning and it is loud. But we were basically used to it by the end of our stay. The host was always responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
