Stay in a newer downtown building with amenities you won't find in most vacation rentals: elevator access, a rooftop hot tub with views of the surrounding hills, secure garage parking, in-unit washer and dryer, and a courtyard with a gas fire pit and water feature. The building feels more like a boutique hotel than a typical rental, but you get the privacy and space of your own apartment.

Inside, the apartment has modern finishes, a king bed, a full kitchen with contemporary appliances, and a dedicated workspace with fast WiFi. Check-in is through a keypad, and the space is professionally cleaned before every guest. EV charging is available in the garage.

The location is right in the middle of downtown Walnut Creek. Broadway Plaza is a short walk for shopping and dining, and there are dozens of restaurants within a few blocks. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are nearby for groceries. The Iron Horse Trail is accessible for running or biking, and BART is a short drive for car-free trips into San Francisco. Mt. Diablo State Park is about 20 minutes for hiking, and Napa/Sonoma wine country is under an hour.

Great location

I stayed at this property for a work trip for about 10 days. The location was ideal for me both to get to my office, and to have easy access to places to eat. I even got to enjoy the hot tub over the weekend which was an added bonus.

Walnut Creek Adventure

Our stay at the Loft was wonderful! Great location, within walking distance to everything in downtown Walnut Creek. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved the views and the common areas. Our host was responsive and very accommodating. We plan to return next year! Thank you for a wonderful visit to Walnut Creek!

This unit is very spacious and well-appointed for a studio apartment. The views of the city and Mt. Diablo are very nice.I continue to be dissatisfied with property management company. I had specifically asked for 2 sets of keys in advance and upon check-in, this was not made available until later in the day. The communication is corporate and not personal at all.

Best Locations

We were pleased with our stay, everything was as advertised and we enjoyed the views, the hot tub, and the nearby restaurants. Only complaint is we that we wanted an additional parking spot but could not have more than one, we wanted to pay for one but it wasn't possible.
