Loved the location….Walkable to Lady Bird Lake & Rainey Street. The balcony was a great feature. Also, we enjoyed the common areas!! The view from the Rooftop pool was incredible. Hope to stay here in the future.

Perfect location to Rainey Street and a short uber ride to 6th. Well equipped, beautifully decorated, SUPER clean. I would stay here again! Front desk was helpful. Coffee shop downstairs was cool and serves boozy options as well.

Had some delays with getting checked in, but the host was very accommodating. Since you caLeave your luggage at the front desk, was still able to go out and explore. 5 minute walk to Rainey Street and easy Uber ride to everything else. Very clean and had everything you needed there. Pool and deck was very nice. Coffee shop and bar also located in the lobby as well. Great place to stay!

Great place and location. The owner/property manager has provided everything you will need for an enjoyable stay, much more than most places! We parked on the street without issues. We were also very happy with how quiet the rooms were.

Beautiful condo and so perfectly organized! Beds were both super comfortable. Everything we needed was provided for cooking, eating and showering. Lovely views from the balcony! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo. Very well thought out amenities. I’m so glad we found this spot. Super close to Rainey, a scooter ride away from sixth. Pool is nice, having the coffee bar right down stairs is super convenient. Loved our stay. Would stay again.

This was an awesome stay! I booked this as a last minute weekend getaway and I’m so glad that I did. The condo was very nice and clean and the host was responsive. We will definitely be back! The location was also amazing as it was in walking distance from all the food trucks and restaurants as well as Lake Travis.

Fantastic condo just as advertised! Close to Rainey St, so plenty of choices for food and drinks.The condo itself is comfortably decorated and has a spacious floor plan with a good view of the city and river.Will definitely rent again in future travel to Austin!!

Overall, had a great time and stay. Communication was easy and appropriately often pre and post stay with the host and their team. Parking overnight is 40 but nice it’s in the garage. Location was central to get into downtown or head any direction and a quick drive to the airport.

Absolutely fantastic place! Location simply cannot be beat. The amenities were thoughtful, and communication with the host was great. Our group was two couples with one child and we felt more than comfortable in the condo.Bed/bedding was better than majority of the top hotels I've stayed at, and I travel extensively. The rooms were quiet at night, washer/dryer was great to have in-unit, and the heated pool was a hit.There is a cafe/bar connected to the lobby that was great for getting either a morning coffe or evening nightcap.They have valet parking, but we were able to park on the street without issue...though the weekend can be tricky for street parking with Rainey St around the block.This place truly was perfect and I highly recommend it!

Fantastic property!!

Property was exactly as listed. Super clean and stocked with necessities (even picnic bags!!) The rooftop pool deck was a great spot to check out the sunset. The location was perfect. Far enough away from Rainey street noise but close enough to walk downtown. Absolutely perfect. The host communicated so quickly. Really one of the best properties I have ever rented. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to anyone I know making the trip to Austin.

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO condo and can't recommend it enough! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the owners have thought of everything to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The condo is immaculately clean and well-appointed, with stylish furnishings and plenty of thoughtful touches throughout. The owner and the property manager were very responsive to inquiries. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed – from coffee and tea to all the necessary condiments and spices. It was a joy to have those little extras that make life so much easier when you're on vacation! My son and daughter took advantage of the pool, the gym and the yoga classes!The location couldn't be more convenient! Just minutes from local attractions, great dining, and shops!The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels, soaps and shampoo and there were even little extras like a first aid kit – which came in handy during our stay! We really appreciated the attention to detail and how prepared everything was. It's clear that the owner cares deeply about ensuring a stress-free and comfortable experience for their guests.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!
