The location and neighborhood were great, the house for modern yet felt very comfortable and clean. Variety of places to eat nearby, close to downtown and airport. Comfortable and classy for corporate accommodations. Owners were very nice, informative and quick with their responses. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

Great house as described. Also came fully stocked with condiments, cooking oils and coffee. Walkable to target or Whole Foods and other restaurants and bars.

F1 Weekend visit

I had my 80yr old father and my 15yr old daughter come with me to stay here and go to the F1 race. Dual thermostats turned out to be gold as my dad is always cold and my daughter is always warm. The house is nice and clean. The neighborhood seems a little dicey but there is a whole foods and a target a block away. It is just this side of 35 hasn't been completely remade like the other side has. Honestly much more charm of the Austin that I remember visiting when I was younger on this side. The property management was 100% on top of any questions that I had. I couldn't get hot water from the showers. They had someone over within an hour or so as I recall. And in at least one instance it was because I was setting the master bedroom shower to cold thinking it was hot. Regardless, management was responsive and courteous. I'd stay again for sure.

Girls Weekend

It was the perfect house for a wonderful girls weekend! We had a private chef, and they said the kitchen was perfect for prep and set up. We had a yoga company coming in on our last morning town and the outside area was great for this activity! Wonderful all around! The home had a cozy, but modern feel!

Everything promised!

The property was exactly as photographed! We were able to walk nearby for shopping and groceries. It was easy in and out for the Texas Book Festival at the Capitol. Easy parking for many people coming from all over Texas and Colorado. We had a house of active seniors, and everyone was quite comfortable!

Great place!

This is a terrific property. We had a 60th birthday celebration with 6 women. Walkable to so much stuff. The Target and Whole Foods would probably take longer to drive to! Downtown is like 10 mins. Well appointed house with everything you need. I think the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Excellent property management. The street itself is in a transitional neighborhood but it was such a convenient location and the townhouse is so great that it was fine. Very comfortable beds. Everyone was super happy! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect house for a group trip

This house was very comfortable and perfectly accomodating for a group trip! The little touches of available amenities and quick communication with the hosts was very helpful. You also cannot beat this location! Walkable to most thongs you would want to do in Austin as a visitor.

East Austin

This is a very cool property with a very well organized host who communicates exceptionally well. We had 5 adults and had plenty of space in this property and a lot of nice, onsite amenities. The host communicated very promptly and the place has everything well labeled with a lot of thoughtful touches. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat. The only downside was there were some sketchy areas nearby but that is part of being in a big city, we never felt unsafe. Great property with even better host!

Great spot close to the heart of Austin!

Awesome, clean space with a great backyard! Check-in/check-out were a breeze and it was located super close to downtown Austin! Would definitely recommend!

Great place!

We had a great stay! Easy access. Clear instructions. Only down sides were very poor lighting in the bathroom and slim pickings on kitchen pots and pans but otherwise fully stocked and very comfortable. I would suggest some table lamp lighting in the living room so don’t have to have the overhead lights while watching TV.

Amazing location near Downtown Austin

We rented this place for a Bachelor party weekend in Austin. The house is located very close to both 6th Street and Rainey Street. Plenty of shops nearby, including Target and Whole Foods. Extremely professional, responsive and friendly staff, who made the whole check-in/out experience very easy and very time efficient. The house was very clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Only minor issue is the home is located near a construction lot, and there is a homeless encampment behind the garbage area. Just be smart and lock up when entering from the front/back doors. The construction noise didn’t both us as we were out and about each day. Otherwise, our group had no issues at all, and I highly recommend this property. I would book again for another large group in Austin.

Amazing place

Spent a weekend in austin for a Bachelor party. House is in a great location, walking distance to food and stores. Owners are quick to and were and help with anything needed! Would highly recommend for large groups.

Short Walk to 6th Street and More!

Amazing decor! Really accommodating and always responsive. Close to restaurants and fast food. Birds and other scooters nearby for easy rides to Rainey and 6th Street. Friendly service and staff! It was an amazing trip and it was very convenient. Great location and I would definitely come back.

Excellent

We had an excellent stay! The hosts were responsive and super helpful. The house was perfect for our group of 10 girls. The kitchen/den set up was open and perfect for hanging out, eating, and having cocktails. there was plenty of room in each bedroom. It was a great location- a quick drive or walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely recommend!
