A rental agreement will be sent three days before your arrival, adhering to local laws and requiring ID and guest information, similar to hotel procedures.

Guest has full access to the main home- Owner keeps the garage locked with personal effects. Parking is on the driveway with plenty of room for two standard vehicles. Lawn and pest maintenance will come for upkeep without set schedule due to weather timing. Longer term guests should expect a visit from us monthly to perform safety checks including filters and batteries

One dog only allowed with full approval and fees paid. Damage and pet behavior will be 100% the responsibility of the guest. Mail cannot be delivered to STR in our county. Packages like Amazon can be delivered. We have many delivery services available as well as Ride share convenient to the area
Guest agreement will be sent 3 days before arrival and must be filled and signed as required by our local municipal codes requirements (just like a hotel)

Guest agreement will address things like garbage, parking, number of guests, unauthorized pets, smoking/vaping and noise. Fines incurred will be passed directly to the guest in full. By booking you agree and accept responsibility for fines in regards to these items.
