Nestled among a championship golf course, Pili Mai is set in an ideal location on the island of Kauai’s south shore in Poipu Beach. This is Kauai's newest resort development and has a choice of two, three, and four bedroom luxury condominiums.

This central Poipu location offers ocean, golf course, and mountain views and is within walking distance to additional dining, shopping, and entertainment at Poipu Shopping Village and a short distance to world famous Poipu Beach.

The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. Beautiful Condo

My kids and I spent 5 days in Kauai and loved this condo and the location. It was clean, modern, spacious with a nice pool/hot tub area. Perfect for families and great location. I would absolutely stay here again!

Relaxing stay

Amazing condo with 3 beds and baths. Perfect for our extended family. We had 5 adults and one infant. Place was spacious, very clean, well stocked with any cooking item one might need. AC worked great. Pool was close by. Condo area was busy but very quiet place.

Maika’i (Hawaiian word for good)

This unit is on the first floor and is located near the pool. If you are disabled the assigned parking space and the rubbish disposal is a bit of a trek but doable. The unit fronts the golf course. Enjoyed our stay-would recommend.

A super place to call home while visiting Kauai!

This place worked out super for our small extended family, lots of room and amenities for us. The unit was super clean and everything was as described or better. All the essentials were stocked up well with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The pool was great and so nice and close. The location of the unit was great, walking distance to shopping, morning coffee or to great beaches. Location on the island made it easy to go north or go south for daily adventures. Old Koloa town being so close was an extra bonus! We would love to return some day!

Can’t say enough

The condo was perfect for our family. The beds were nice and rooms quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast. Lots of cooking oils and spices. Beautiful and roomy, we felt at home! There was also a bin outside the front door with chairs and umbrellas, cooler packs and kids toys for the beach! It had everything we needed for our stay.

The Perfect Stay

The property is beautiful, brand new, and well appointed. Check-in and out were both smooth and easy. Brian was very accommodating and immediately available (we were missing a wine opener and he had it on the door step the very next morning). We had a delay at the airport for our departure and Brian immediately extended our departure from Pili Mai. The only issue was our vacation was way too short! We will definitely return.

Exceptional!

The condo was clean, nice size, beautifully decorated, well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area is very nice. We especially liked being close to the pool. Lots of nice people around to make the stay even better. It rained the last 3 days non-stop but we managed to find plenty to do. Hoping to come back at a different time of year when the weather is better and enjoy this same place if it's available. And hopefully at a time when our country is not experiencing a pandemic. The next day we left everything was shutting down. Thank-you that we had such a nice place to stay in spite of it.

This Condo is gorgeous, spacious and comes with everything....

Has a great stay! Comes with beach chairs towels, umbrella and everything you could need! Little bit of a hike to the beach if your carrying lots of stuff but close. The condo looks brand new and is very quiet and relaxing. The only con is it’s vwry very hot. The nest thermostat is set at 77 and constantly returned to 77 every time it was lowered to 70, so it was hot at night to sleep and hot every time we came back from being out. Otherwise, it’s a great location and would highly recommend!! (Just make it colder!!)

Amazing house, property mgmt wasn’t great

This is an amazing place to stay. The house is beautifully decorated, has everything you would need, and feel all like home away from home. The property management company was great until we checked in. We never met the actual property manager as he sent someone else to check us in. The person who checked us in was beyond frantic when telling us about the property, informing us if we ran out of toilet paper we were on our own. Mentioned that he thought we would get stuck there due to COVID (this was a week before the stay in place was issued) and said the locals will probably not be friendly to us as they didn’t want us there. Hands down the most bizarre part of our vacation. The house itself is 5 star but the property mgmt company was beyond disappointing considering they are in the hospitality business.

Beautiful condo

This property is beautiful, clean, and in a great location. You can see the ocean from the porch, which sits just off the fairway. I would absolutely stay here again. The access to Kauai Athletic Club is such a great bonus!
