Amenities include fully stocked kitchen, large heated pool, outdoor dining and poolside grill. The 3 bathrooms offer a bathtub, shower, and hair dryers for added convenience.

The home is located mid- island in a quiet community with private beach access just 700 yards away. Walk, ride a bike or ride in the provided golf cart to the beach access path. Spend your days relaxing on this stunning gulf coast beach with the famous Sanibel shells.

Please note that City of Sanibel ordinance requires a 28 day minimum reservation. We abide by all city terms and all rentals will be blocked for four consecutive weeks.
