The home was new and beautiful. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The host was accessible and wanted our stay to be perfect. No problems and would definitely stay here again

Paradise Found

Not only was this home a "Tranquil Paradise" but also a little piece of heaven. The sun shined on the the private backyard pool and jacuzzi all day. The most gorgeous stretch of beach was a bike ride away. The location was perfect for grocery shopping, sunsets on Captiva, beach, bird and nature watching, bike riding, etc. The owner was so hands on. Your wish is his command. I have been going to Sanibel for the past 20 years and this was truly the best month I ever spent on this little "Tahiti of the US".

Great place for a getaway

The house was a great space! Very clean, spacious, updated, wonderful pool area to relax after the beach. Good location on Sanibel, close to many beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Only used bikes once. Great communication with owner and was able to let us in early and check out late! We enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous home in Sanibel

Clean and comfortable home with everything you will need. The backyard pool is a tropical sanctuary. An awesome rental that we hope to stay in again.

Lovely and relaxing

We have stayed in Sanibel many times but this was our first time renting a house. The peaceful and charming oasis of a backyard is the star here! The kids lived in the pool and the grownups loved relaxing in the hot tub! There were lots of great beach gear and plenty of bikes for us all! The neighborhood was quiet and lovely making this an easy place to relax while social distancing!

Great outdoor space.

The pool area in back was well kept and private. The pool was wonderful but it’s worth noting the hot tub flows into the pool so it was about the same temp. The indoor area has a large living/dining area nice for families.

This is a beautiful spot. Home was clean and in a private setting.

There was one minor plumbing problem and the owner jumped on it immediately and got it fixed—very responsive. Swimming in a lovely pool with a whirlpool on a private setting was wonderful! Can’t wait to come back!

Relaxing

This home has a beautiful back yard. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Mr. Archer was very knowledgeable and willing to share information regarding available activities and good places to eat. The house is stocked very well. The kitchen has everything you might need. This home is comfortable and nicely located where you are close to everything. We would definitely rent again if the opportunity arose.

A perfect getaway

This property was perfect for our family's vacation (three teenaged kids, parents, and a mother-in-law). The house is very comfortable and the kitchen works well. The backyard is an oasis - we could play in the pool, lounge on the hammock, or have a meal without seeing any neighbors because of the mature plantings. The house had several bikes that we used to go to the Darling Nature Preserve (the entrance is less than a mile away) and down to shopping/meals down on Periwinkle Way. We had such a great time, I've already recommended this property to several friends. Steven was very responsive to our questions and helpful as a host. Thank you for a perfect Christmas vacation!

Pure Paradise

This home is pure paradise! We had our first family vacation with two infants (3 months and 5 months) and this house was perfect! Having the pool and amazing backyard was great for the whole family. Every detail of this house is thought out perfectly and you truely feel you are at home. The layout of the house is perfect for 3 separate couples to have their own "side" of the house. The house is located pretty much across the street from the ding darling preserve and we were able to go on a kayaking adventure and it was Beautiful and a ton of fun (highly recommended). The owner is very professional and responds in a timely manner to all communications. We will definitely be coming back to this house for family vacations in the future!

Return to Paradise!

Having been to this idyllic haven before, we decided to come back for our honeymoon! It was even better (though it was perfect before) - with upgrades in the house and around the property. More wonderful memories were made and we once again, hated to leave. Literally everything is thought of. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We have new memories to last a lifetime and can't wait to come back again!

Tranquil Paradise is aptly named!

The house is better than described! Incredibly comfortable and well-maintained. The owner is attentive and corresponded with us via e-mail promptly. He has thought of everything including how to operate the pool, the laundry, and the WiFi password! We loved the privacy and the beautifully landscaped fenced yard and pool. We were fortunate to have great "Chamber of Commerce" weather the entire week. There is so much to do on Sanibel; our week was over too quickly. Many great restaurants to choose from but the one I would love to visit again is only a mile away: Doc Ford's. You must try their Yucatan Shrimp! Their chef is someone special! It was so relaxing there. I truly hope we can come back soon.

Tranquil Paradise is all that and more!

Tranquil Paradise exceeded our expectations. It was by the far the most wonderful vacation we ever had. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The yard was a paradise and the pool was pristine. A lot of love and thought was put into this magical getaway.It was very hard to leave. We have memories to last a lifetime. Thank you so much. We plan to come back again...can't wait!
