Excellent communication, easy to find and get into, very clean property! Beds were very comfortable, and the property was well appointed for our needs. Excellent location for what we wanted to do, which was visit manatees and see nature and wildlife.

The home was inviting, nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. Everything we needed was in the home. Our host was pleasant and responded quickly to our questions. I would definitely stay in this home again.

Place was great. Missing a bottle opener which we bought and left there and traffic and a neighbor’s rooster which woke us each morning

We had not received access to the home upon arrival. We required assistance to increase the temperature in the home after two days of being cold. There are no dressers in the master bedroom so we lived out of our suitcases. Hot water is insufficient for utilization of the jacuzzi tub. If more than 2 people are staying in the home, there would insufficient hot water for all to shower in the morning or evening. No garage availability for parking vehicles. The smell of gasoline seeped in from the garage, but most especially when one opened the door from the kitchen to utilize the laundry room.

Thanks for the feedback. We’re sorry the stay started off on the wrong foot, though we were glad to get the access sorted right away. Once the heat issue was reported, we got on it and it was confirmed comfortable the next day. Some of the other points, like the bedroom storage and garage access, are part of the home’s setup. The hot water and gasoline smell were not brought to us during the stay, so we did not get a fair shot to check them while you were there. We did inspect the hot water afterward and found no issue, and no gasoline odor was noted either. Had we known sooner, we would have been happy to help.
