Property is very private but only minutes away from boat ramp, grocery stores, and shopping. Plenty of room to park your boat. Grill out in your own back yard. Only minutes from Fort Island trial boat ramp, Springs & Beach.

Great quiet, clean, secluded place to stay!! So many things to do in Crystal River. Springs, great restaurants, shopping and more. The downtown area is really nice. Communication with the host was great and we had everything we needed there. Would recommend and we would stay there again!

I have no complaints about this property. Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen, linens, etc. Beds were super comfortable. It checked all the boxes. Host immediately responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend. Loved the peaceful atmosphere.

I was very impressed with the rental: from quietness of location, even though it is convenient to almost any activity Crystal River has to offer; check-in and check-out was a breeze; the rooms really had everything you'd need, full kitchen with, coffee and maker, pots, pans, plates, glasses, and silverware; plenty of wall outlets in every room, plenty of room to park a boat (which I did), in addition to a garden hose ready to be used to rinse boat out. I can't say enough good things. The only, and I mean only negative was mosquitoes, but it was coastal Florida in the Summer, there's no hiding from them. If I ever vacation in Crystal River in the future, I'd stay at this same place, no doubt about it.

Excellent location for both area attractions and traveling with a pet so the fenced in yard and peaceful location was wonderful. The house was clean everything worked. The host was responsive. We will definitely recommend this property and use it again when we are in the area.

The VRBO was very clean and that is a must for me. Donald was always helpful especially when I needed to find a vet for our dog. The VRBO is in a very secluded and quiet area. Only issue we had was all the potholes in the road to the VRBO, but was no fault of Donald. Would totally recommend this if you want peace and quiet.

We had a great stay in this quiet, secluded duplex! We brought our daughter to the area for a mermaid experience at Mertailor (about 15 min away) and needed a place to stay. This place was very clean, very private, and very comfortable for the three of us! There is also a fun escape room just down the street. We didn’t lack a thing! Would definitely stay again!
