Inside, guests will find a touch of Morocco, a king bed, queen bed, and twin bed for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the jetted bathtub, shower, and bathtub in the 2 bathrooms. This was a perfect spot to lay our heads after ACL each night. Such a cool layout, that gave us a little space from each other but beautiful common areas too. Hoping to make this our annual spot every October.

Property was exactly what we were looking for and it's just far enough outside of downtown to not cost 3x what it is, but close enough for us to hop on scooters or uber or even walk to downtown. There's also a lot of places to eat within even a 0.25 mile radius. Host was very amenable and prompt with responses. Would stay here again.

Quiet 3 Bedroom near Barton Springs

The home was as advertised. Excellent kitchen nook. Definitely a unique layout, but the space worked perfectly for our getaway weekend.

We enjoyed staying at Joe's house while visiting family for Christmas. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and eating area were very nice. This is a great neighborhood, and we walked to the Alamo Drafhouse and the hike and bike trail next to Lake Austin.The house is a little rough around the edges, and when we arrived there was no toilet paper or dish soap in the house. Also, the house is on a very busy road, and while this wasn't a problem for us, be aware that you can hear traffic.

Excellent location, house and host!

The host was super great with communication, before, during and after the rental window. The house was indeed charming, clean and in a great location. We walked to all our destinations. So much to do within walking distance from the rental property. The bedrooms rooms are large and so are the common rooms. Great deal!

Great location near downtown Austin! House is right next to busy road so bring ear plugs if that bothers you. Walking distance to lots of restaurants.

Great spot in a great location!

6 of us shared this rental during a beautiful spring weekend in Austin. The location is PERFECT — walking distance to downtown, Barton Springs public swimming, and Zilker Park. The rental was the perfect size, check-in was a breeze, description was accurate, and our gracious host was communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!
