A great stay for family

The property was in a centralized area, close to zilker park, barton springs, downtown, and lady bird lake! We had such a great time staying here. Will recommend to family and friends!

Quiet Zilker hideaway

I stayed here for a month with my family, great location close to Zilker park and S. Lamar. We loved the convenience of the washer and dryer even though the house was well stocked with towels. Kitchen is small as represented in the pictures, but functional.

The property was clean affordable and was in a very nice area. The neighborhood was in a great walking peaceful area of Austin and had a wonderful scenic backyard. The property host was attentive to any of my requests and needs but not intrusive to our privacy.

The house was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Sally helped us retrieve a bag that was left behind which was a big help. Highly recommended!

Perfect for 4 sisters

My sisters and I try to get together at least twice a year. My sisters all live in Texas and I don't so we meet in Texas each year. We like to play games when we aren't out shopping, eating or going to movies. This house had 4 beds, perfect for us. A dining room table good for games and plenty of towels, even a lot of extra ones and all you would need in a kitchen. It's older but nicely decorated and has a great outdoor sitting area. The owner/manager was really quick at replying to any messages we sent and we had a great stay.

Quiet and clean

Zilker was a great place to stay, check in was super easy and plenty of parking. The house was very relaxing and quiet and almost didn’t feel like it was in the middle of a city. It was very clean and myself and 4 other adults were more than comfortable.

Great Location

Nice house tucked away in quiet cul de sac. A few minute walk to Zilker Park and a few minute drive to downtown. House was clean and very comfortable for our family. Great view out the back window of the trees and the creek that borders the back of the property. The host were very attentive. We would definitely stay here again!

I am so glad we found this home. It's in an ideal location and perfectly situated on a quiet cul-de-sac. Very clean and well-appointed with a unique floorplan and lovely backyard view. Thanks Sally for the complimentary wine and recommending Bluebonnet Market...we were late arriving and they had everything we needed!

Overall great quiet place

Very walkable area. Beautiful property with the creek out back. The advertisement of a hot tub is misleading. There is a small tub inside- that’s it.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The views of the dry creek were great. The beds and pillows, etc. were quite comfortable. The kitchen is serviceable but really small and shabby. The cabinets and drawers didn’t fit and it just seemed like someone knocked them together in the driveway. We did enjoy it otherwise

Great home and location!

This home is very comfortable. It was well stocked with what we needed. We enjoyed the Edison lights on the patio and balcony for sitting outside at night. The back yard overlooks a nice area with a creek. The neighborhood is quiet and great for taking a walk. It’s also very easy to get to downtown and enjoy great restaurants. The host responded quickly when I sent messages and even messaged me to make sure we arrived. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in Austin!!

Great location near City

Location is perfect and very close to the city and walking trails near the river. Overall, townhome is very cozy and beautifully decorated. Everyone had a bed they found comfortable and slept well in. Generally we have found beds to be too stiff at rentals, but these were on the medium to softer side. Bedding was clean. Upstairs bathroom small with limited space for placement of bathroom essentials. Much more storage space in downstairs bathroom. Kitchen and showers had some visible mold issues. Many utensils and cookware were worn down and we did not feel comfortable using them.

Great house in an amazing location

The house is conveniently located to almost everything in Austin. It has everything you need for a great visit. Communicating with the owners was easy and they have been very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and hope you do, too.
