The Rose Park Bungalow offers two separate living spaces, making it ideal for families, multi-generational groups, or friends traveling together. You’ll have access to both the main house and an attached 500 sq. ft. basement apartment, providing extra privacy and flexibility.

Comfortable for 6, with an Option for 8

With three queen beds, this home is most comfortable for six guests. However, for larger groups, the queen-size sleeper sofa in the basement apartment can accommodate up to two additional guests for an extra $50 per person, per night (maximum of 8 guests).

It is obvious that the property owner cares and enjoys being a host. The home is warm and inviting, and we loved the fully fenced yard for our dogs. The host has thought of everything, we were pleasantly surprised by how well the home was stocked with anything we could have needed. The property is conveniently located in a great neighborhood that is perfect for exploring everything that Missoula has to offer.

Erin is a wonderful host of this adorable home! We rented both upper & lower units for a family getaway and had a great stay! Erin has thought of everything and if you forgot anything, she's got you covered!

Great location!

This house worked out great for our family. It was perfect for our furry friends too with the fenced backyard. It was really nice having two kitchens! The location was great for visiting the university. My mother in-law really appreciated the treats the owner left us. Debbie was always easy to contact and super helpful! Thank you for a great place to stay!

We loved staying at this little gem. It was super clean and generously stocked with everything from coffee (pods and drip), to cooking staples, bath supplies and a first aid kit (which, thankfully we didn't need to use.). We were welcomed with a fresh cinnamon bread sitting next to a lovely white orchid plant. Little things like thoughtfully chosen wall art and wind chimes to greet you by the front door were nice extras. Sitting on the back patio was a nice way to end the day.I hope the unit is available the next time we visit Missoula.
