Stunning one bed basement apartment situated in the city centre, right on St Stephen's Green. It has been completely refurbished to a 5 star standard. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.
The space
The apartment is at basement level in a newly refurbished building which consists of 9 apartments in total. Everything in the apartment is new and it has a kitchen/eating area, fully equipped for cooking in. There is a spacious and very comfortable living area. It has a small double bedroom with a double bed (4ft 6 inches) and lots of wardrobe space. The bathroom has a large shower unit, toilet and wash hand basin. There is a small secure outdoor space.
