Sleeping arrangements

- One bedroom with a king size 12" memory foam mattress, room‑darkening shades and plush bedding for restful mornings during shorter winter days.

- Extra pillows and blankets are provided for added warmth when temperatures dip.

- The unit sleeps up to four guests; if a fourth guest is joining, please give advanced notice so an air bed can be prepared.



Living and working

- A comfortable living area features a smart TV with Netflix and reliable Wi‑Fi throughout the unit.

- A dedicated workspace and desk make remote work or personal projects easy.

- Heating and air conditioning keep the indoor temperature pleasant year‑round.
