The unit was clean and cozy and very quiet and Ray was an excellent host. Short walk to supermarket and Whole Foods. We would stay there again. The only downside is the shameful Vrbo policy of refusing to return our damage deposit for 14 days even after the host contacted Vrbo and asked them to refund us after we vacated.

This was perfect for the one night my daughter and I were staying in SLC. I was very pleased first and foremost with the safe neighborhood. We didn't spend much time at the property, but to sleep, but if we would have it had all the amenities you would need, and extra blankets which is a plus for us. The owner communicated very well, and easy instructions.

Nice quiet location. My one interaction with Ray was very positive. Ray was responsive to feedback I provided regarding some items regarding the listing and cleanliness. I hope to stay there again on another trip to Salt Lake City.

Our stay with Ray was a great experience. Clean and organized in a quiet neighborhood within short walking/driving distance of any activity that we chose to do. If we find ourselves back in the area we would love to stay with Ray again!

Great little basement apartment. About the only complaint was the lack of pots for cooking. They did have a kitchen knife that was actually sharp enough to cut stuff though, which is rare in a VRBO.

Ray was made aware of this and he just apologized about it.-we asked how the AC worked and he said he ordered a new remote for it and it didn't arrive yet.-medicine cabinet fully stocked- so nice, saved us a trip to store-kitchen nicely stocked too

Great Location

We enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and ski resorts. Ray was very responsive before and during our stay. It wasn't a big deal for us, but note that there is no stove, just microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.

Nice basement space

Very spacious basement area and had a nice stay. Only issue was the shower head in the bathroom was a bit low for my partner and myself (5’9 and 6’1 respectively) just to note for taller guests.

Family concert trip

We just needed a place to crash after the concert! It has a great cooling system and was very well taken care of. We would go back :)

Nice place in a great location

It was easy to check in and a nice value for the money. The space was bigger than I expected. I did not see a thermostat to control the temperature, and it was a bit cold the first night. Overall nice place and I'd stay there again. Thank you!

Excellent location for skiing

Rey was really helpful and knowledgeable about the neighborhood. He pointed out some restaurants in the area and got me oriented. When it looked like my son would join me ( he ended up not joining me) Rey was very flexible and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

A Last-minute Good Choice!

Good property in nice neighborhood. Pleasantly appointed basement lodging with comfortable bed. Nice touches insluded two fresh cut roses from the yard in a vase. Owner lives above, and is not intrusive. All questions I had were promptly answered, making my arrival and departure simple.

Convenient

I trained across the street so I was able to walk there each day. Property was clean and secure and exactly as listing portrayed. Like reviews say shower is small and short for a tall person. Host was excellent.

Basic needs provided. No frills

The owner was very nice and accommodating. Older basement room. Nice large screen TV, refrigerator and microwave provided. Could use a much better bed. No electrical outlets provided in very small bathroom. Very nice neighborhood. With Google..very easy to find.
