Just minutes from Aspirus Wausau Hospital, Aspirus Clinic, and Marshfield Medical Center, this quiet and comfortable lower-level apartment offers the ideal home base for work, rest, and everything in between.
✔ Two comfortable bedrooms with fresh linens, extra blankets, and full clothing storage
✔ One full bathroom with vanity, clean towels, hot water, and starter essentials
✔ Open-concept living area with Smart TV, cozy seating, and space to unwind after a long shift
✔ Fully equipped kitchen stocked with cookware, utensils, full-size appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave
✔ High-speed Wi-Fi and dedicated workspace - ideal for remote work or charting between shifts
✔ Private entrance and two dedicated parking spaces for easy, convenient access
