Best Place

House was actually larger than the pictures. It was perfect for our family and friends to enjoy the area and the WM Golf Tournament. It's easy to get to all the area has to offer. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Nice place

Very cute and clean. However, The master bathroom' s shower would drain water slowly. Other than that we had no issues and enjoyed our stay.

Best location ever!

Our stay was amazing! The house perfectly accomodated our large family, with 6 beds, though the mattresses are a little more firm than we like. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio, as the sun crept up each morning.The best part for us was the location for the price! It's a quiet neighborhood, but only 3-5 minutes from the grocery or local dining, and only two stop lights away from the main highway taking you to other areas of Phoenix.We were here for the ASU graduation, but if we ever visit Tempe again, I know where we'll stay!

Enjoyable time

The check in process was easy. The property manager was easy to contact and really nice and helpful. The home was spacious. There was nine of us who stayed at the house and we had an awesome time. We appreciated the cleanliness and the easy access. Thank you!

Perfect little house in a quiet neighborhood

Came into town with my 2 teens for the Innings Festival. Rather than stay in a pricey hotel, we rented this cute house. Was perfect for us. Kitchen was super nice and clean. Backyard was a nice size, although we didn’t use it. Plenty of space with its 4 bedrooms. Living room was cozy as well. It was also close enough to the downtown area to utilize ride share or go explore in my own vehicle. Close enough to grocery stores as well as coffee shops. Only thing that would have made it better would be to have a coffee maker rather than a French press but that was no big deal. Great place!

Tempe has it all! It's a University town always full of energy and things to do. This property is so close to ASU, and at the same time is peaceful and the neighborhood is made of single family homes that allow for generous living spaces and comfort.

We completely redid the property in 2024. The bedrooms are pretty spacious, we added wood floors throughout the living spaces, new bathroom cabinets, and a brand new kitchen equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay while in Tempe. Our property is fully fenced providing privacy and has covered patio with a turf area for you to relax.
