My family had a great time staying here! The house was clean, very kid friendly, and I love that the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to cook with. Kyle and Rebecca were quick to respond when there was an issue with booking on the vrbo website. Definitely would recommend this place!

Unbelievable experience!! Booked this as last minute getaway and the property owners were incredibly welcoming, flexible and communicative during our brief stay. When you imagine a lake house or winter cabin…THIS is where you should stay! Can’t wait to return.

Stayed for my wedding weekend

Rented this house for my wedding weekend so my bridesmaids and groomsmen had a place to stay. The host left a basket of goodies from hair ties to Tylenol out for us. The place was nice and clean. The campfire area is really nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for being our guest. I'm sorry the home did not meet your expectations. I was not contacted throughout your stay with the exception of the discount that you requested and received. I also reached out to you through the VRBO platform to warn you of the snow and ice from the large storm that was expected for your stay. I would ask that you please refer to the VRBO message sent the day of check in.

Last-minute amazing

We were absolutely thrilled with this experience with this home. There were eight of us headed up to the Poconos when we received notice that the house that we rented sold and would not be available an hour and a half before we were about to arrive. On a whim, we reached out to the manager of this house And they immediately were able to reach out to us warm up the hot tub. Make sure the house was all set and even make sure the small supplies were all ready for us. This was within literally an hour of our arrival. Thank you for saving our trip! The house was really charming, cozy had the perfect bunk room for for preteens and teens, and provided the perfect space for some old friends to play some games, drink have access to skiing and have some relaxing time. The check in process and check out process were extremely easy and no stress we could not recommend this house more on top of that. The location of Lake Harmony is just completely charming and convenient.

This home had so much more than you could possibly need. Spices. Bug spray. Wood for the fire. The home slept the 12 of us perfectly. The kids had a blast in the loft area with all the beds in a row. The little sliding door to the upside bathroom was also a big hit. Hope to be back in the future.

We have been in direct contact with Silvia this guest to understand this review. She had explained to us that she intended to give us a 10 but accidentally submitted incorrectly. We have called Vrbo to have this fixed for a month now and unfortunately this inaccurate review remains on our page. Please disregard this when considering booking with us. Thank you to Silvia for being a wonderful guest. VRBO please stay true to your word and fix this.
