Had a fantastic week at the beach. The location was wonderful and the condo was perfect. Comfortable and spacious and all the amenities were sensational.

Close to beach

The townhouse was a very short walk down the boardwalk to the beach. We could see the ocean waves from the deck. It fit eight of us quite comfortably. The price was reasonable and less then similar properties. The kitchen was well stocked. Two updates I would recommend to the owners are to replace the master bed frame(the current one squeaks every time you roll over) and purchase additional outdoor furniture for the lower deck (only one chair). Other then that we loved it and had a great time. Saw sea turtles hatching, kayaked at Serenity Point, went bike riding, surfing and ate a lot of good food (would definitely recommend Getting a bucket from Steamers and try all the different tacos at Shaka Tacos)

Just perfect.

The house is clean and cozy and well decorated. Fit our group perfectly. Love the ocean views and especially the high top chairs on the deck. Location to the beach and to the pier area was great. Weather and water happened to be perfect too!

Location was great, but the property needs some TLC

The positive is that the location of this property was great. Very short walk to the beach. The downside is that the interior of this property is much smaller than it appears online. The bunk bed room is more like a glorified closet in size. It was clean for the most part, but it definitely needs some attention. The roof was leaking causing water to drip on the bed/floor in the 3rd floor bedroom. Several outlets were not working. There was a lighting fixture on the 2nd floor balcony hanging by a wire. The wifi was terrible. We weren't even able to stream a movie without constant timing out. For as much as we paid for this rental, I would expect higher quality, especially since it didn't include linens or basics like toilet paper, soap, etc.

Excellent long weekend trip!

We planned a long weekend getaway with another family with kids and this house had everything! We were able to sit out on the patio and listen to the ocean, had plenty of space for all the kids to sit, play, eat. We had a great weekend away and look forward to coming back! Lewis Rental was easy to work with and very quick to respond when I had a question about the property!

Great house in a great location!

This property was very clean and in a great location. It was just a short walk to the beach. The decks were great to sit and listen to and watch the ocean if we didn't feel like walking! There were no public beach accesses near, so the beach was not crowded. I would highly reccommend staying here!

Perfect Spot for a Beach Vacation

I knew the property would have an ocean view, but I was thrilled to only be 400 steps (thanks Fitbit!) from the beach! The house was clean, comfortable, and fully appointed with a well-stocked kitchen. Lewis Rental, the leasing company, was great to work with; they responded to emails quickly and answered all my questions. I loved the keyless entry option. I’m already making plans to stay here again.

Fabulous beach vacation

Location was excellent...3 minute walk to beach. Family friendly atmosphere. Townhouse was clean and cute and in working order. Communication with rental company was superb. Highly recommend.

Excellent location! Great decor and space!

Easy walk to best part of beach in Surf City! The place was beautifully decorated so felt cozy good to be inside, much needed since it rained all week! AC not working on main floor but manager was attentive and brought in fans to help. Would definitely stay here again!!
