The Space:

Discover endless fun and relaxation throughout the Woodcliff Cottage property grounds. The indoor and outdoor amenities have something for everyone! Immerse yourself in the pool, perfect for a relaxing swim or lounging poolside under the warm sun. Embrace friendly games of bocce ball, corn hole, volleyball, and badminton with you and your guests for a more active afternoon. From sunshine-filled activities to enchanting evenings under the stars, the outdoor spaces at Woodcliff offer the ideal blend of fun, reconnection, and natural beauty.



When it's time to relax indoors for the day, there is a wide selection of board games to choose from in the lower-level recreation area along with an air hockey table and movie-lounge seating for enjoyment.



The home is equipped with high-end appliances and amenities, including premium bedding and linens, a washer and dryer, excellent WiFi (200 Mbps), workstations, fully stocked gourmet kitchen essentials, grill and oven equipment, smart TVs (cable and app logins not provided), sporting equipment, towels, local coffees, and much more. If there's something else you need, don't hesitate to reach out leading up to or during your stay.



Please note that the heated pool will be open from Memorial Day weekend through September.

Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire property. With our keyless entry, you can enjoy a flexible check-in any time after the designated check-in time on your arrival date and guests can conveniently gain access via the smart lock. Woodcliff Cottage offers private parking for up to 3 cars. There are three parking spots available in the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located in a peaceful and residential neighborhood tucked away at the end of the street. The location is centrally located between Holland, Macatawa, and Saugatuck - the perfect location to enjoy Michigan beachtowns and for natural adventures. With streets designed for walking and biking with miles of sidewalks and paths, this is an ideal spot to explore. Once you’re done with the outdoors for the day, experience a plethora of eateries and boutiques in either Downtown Holland or a short drive over to Saugatuck / Douglas area.



Enjoy being able to disconnect while still being a short drive to town and the stunning beach shores of Lake Michigan.



Other Things to Note:

The pool is cleaned weekly by a professional local company. We strive to maintain the pool in working condition for the enjoyment of our guests. Despite our best efforts, circumstances beyond our control, such as heater malfunctions, excessive debris from surrounding trees (a skimmer is provided onsite to assist with the nature debris), cloudy water, poor weather conditions, etc., may occur.
