2016年の新機能。 最新のアメニティと完璧なオーシャンビューのロケーションを備えたバケーションホームをお探しの場合は、 新しい家には、カスタムハードウッド、スレートフロア、エレガントなシャワー、オープンフロアコンセプトの2350平方フィートの居住空間があります。 最初のレベルは3ベッドルーム、マスターにはキングベッドとHDTV、2ベッドルームにはクイーンベッド、3ベッドルームには2ツインベッドがあります。 2階には花崗岩のカウンターキッチン、海と川を取り入れた窓の壁、美しい新しい家具と大きなスクリーンのHDTV、そして電気暖炉とHDTVを備えたお母さんとお父さんのためのプライベート "休暇"ルームがあります。 家にはケーブルテレビと無料Wi-Fiが備わっています。

Great view, centrally located

The property was clean and well suited for our needs. The entire top floor was the living area with a fabulous view of Nantucket Sound. The bedrooms were all on the second floor with comfortable beds and great bathrooms. The property was centrally located on Cape Cod for easy access the all activities the area has to offer.

Positively gorgeous getaway

Staying in Nick and Colleen's home was so lovely! I booked this house for a girls trip and we all enjoyed ourselves. We had amazing weather on the first day and literally spent every minute on the deck looking out on the water and then we took the short 2 minute walk to the beach and stayed for the sunset. We loved all of the bedrooms on the first floor....the shower is gorgeous!!! All of the details in the home from the study, to decor in the living room, to the kitchen stocked with supplies, to the ceiling fans...it was great. West Dennis was a perfect location for us, because we were able to drive to Hyannis for some brunch and walking around and we even drove up to Provincetown one evening for dinner. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice getaway!

Splendid summer ( or all year?) home, overlooking the sea/beach and brand new!

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house of the Ververis family! We were with 6 adults, plenty of room, plenty to do and plenty of fun. The house is brand new, everything worked perfectly and we felt very welcome. The contact with the owner and his daughter was most pleasant and efficient. We would recommend the house to friends, family and whoever! We are grateful that we could stay here! Hope to come back one day.

Beautiful new construction located high above the Swan River and ocean

The property is located in a beautiful setting near the Swan River's entrance to the ocean. The home itself is very impressive. The second floor (living area) and deck overlook the river, ocean and beaches. The second floor is an open concept living area with a very nicely equipped kitchen, living room, laundry, bath and a separate den area. The first floor has three bedrooms, one king, one queen and one twin and a wrap around deck. The king bedroom (master) has a master bath and the other two bedrooms share a bath. I gave this a 4 star rating due to the fact that there were still some pending construction items to be completed but I would expect this to be a five star property once the construction is completed. West Dennis is a very convenient area close to the highway and many stores and restaurants.

Our family lives in Connecticut and we are so excited about being able to share our dream home with the many vacationers that have come to love the South Village Beach area of West Dennis. Colleen is originally from CT while Nick grew up in RI.
We have three children and our oldest daughter, Molly (22) has recently relocated to the Cape to start her own business (Cape Cod Chalk and Arts).

Our family has been renting in the South Village Beach area for over 15 years and the kids just love playing in the channel in the Swan River as it meets the ocean. We are so fortunate to have been able to develop this ideal property and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we plan to.

Million dollar views and location, location, location. Not to mention, this is not the typical summer rental with outdated kitchens and furniture, this is a state of the art home with the finest of features and conveniences.
