Located centrally, your group will appreciate the ease of walking or using public transportation to reach major attractions. We also provide complimentary breakfast essentials to kickstart each day of your Chicago exploration.

The Space:
This unique offering features three identical 2BR apartments in the same building. Each unit features two comfortable queen bedrooms: the primary with a TV, walk-in closet, and private bathroom, and the second with closet space and the hall bathroom.

The inviting living areas in each unit are characterized by high ceilings and natural light, complemented by a Sonos sound system. The kitchens are fully equipped for preparing meals.

Rollaway beds and Pack and Plays can be provided upon request to ensure your group's comfort. Kindly note that check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

For convenient dining options, try takeout from nearby restaurants like The Publican, Carnivale, and Beatrix, all within walking distance from your apartment.

Other Things to Note:
- For the safety of all our guests, we handle a $3000 security deposit via credit card and a simple background check, requiring valid ID from all adults. Please review our house rules before booking.
- Parking Policy: Parking is $50 per night. Spots are limited, so ask when you book to check availability!
- Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with prior approval, subject to a 35-pound weight limit and breed restrictions. A fee of $50 per night applies. For more details, please contact us directly. Any damages caused by pets will be billed at the end of the stay.
