A perfect family vacation spot, you will wake up to the sights and sounds of the bay, take long early morning strolls on the beach, and spend the day enjoying 250ft of private condo association beachfront along the warm, gentle waters of Cape Cod Bay.

After you have explored the tidal flats at low tide, gone for a swim and watched the kids skimboarding, enjoy a meal on the deck and sip a cocktail while watching the spectacular sunsets.

When you’re ready for a break from the beach, visit the village of Orleans or book a fishing charter from Rock Harbor, both a short bike or car ride away. Or stay in and enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and spacious living area and deck, both looking directly over the water.
