Host was wonderful and the apartment was just the right size for the two of us. We slept well and enjoyed being just a block off Broadway where all the great shops and restaurants are located!

Impeccable stay with amazing hosts.

Perfect location. Walked many times with my dog to downtown in less than 10 minutes. Very clean space, comfortable bed, and quiet neighborhood. Slept great! Felt like a home away from home.

Perfect Jim Thorpe getaway

I was happy to stay in the High Street Guest house apartments again! This was a different apartment than I had used last stay and everything was great. The parking is easy at the property and the house keeps you just up the street from all the shops and is a great walk to and from town! Everything was clean and upkeep was great. Thank you for having such nice properties!

Great Location

What a wonderful location. Just a short walk to downtown. We enjoyed checking out all the shops and restaurants. A beautiful little town. The Carriage House was the perfect place to stay.

A Little Christmas Getaway

Both the owner and the caretaker were very responsive, helpful and kind.They thought of every detail. It was a great stay in a really interesting little apartment. Plus pet friendly. Would definitely stay there again! And they had all the Christmas decorations up in the apartment.

Beautiful property

Cozy, clean, and enjoyable little apartment! Steps away from historic Jim Thorpe but on a quiet street secluded from the action. Property manager is super helpful and communicative. And an amazing landscaped natural area cut into the mountain for any guest to enjoy with fire pits and seating areas.

Art Studio - An Artist’s Dream

We loved our stay at the cozy, creative Art Studio (Apt B), adorned with colorful art and crystal lamps and color changing crystal lights! Weekend in Jim Thorpe

Jim Thorpe is one of our most favorite places to visit but Apartment B made our stay all that much more enjoyable. It was all as shown in the pictures and more. Super cozy & comfortable, everything we needed and close to all the places we visited on our trip. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Wonderful, eclectic vacation spot!

I was instantly pleased as soon as i walked in! The unit had a fun vibe, it was clean, free of odors, well taken care of and the availability of coffee and creamers was so helpful on the chilly mornings. I certainly plan to be returning back many of times!

I am drawn to Jim Thorpe and to the Pocono's in general and am very glad to live in this amazing town surrounded by the ever changing Appalachian landscape. You cannot beat the endless miles of mountain biking and hiking trails, or the tubing, kayaking, skirmish, yoga, skiing, rivers, lakes, and fishing or the cultural and historical attractions. So close to the major east coast cities, yet worlds away!

The property is a quick walk to the Mauch Chunk Opera House as well as the restaurants, bars and attractions that this historic town has to offer. the Art Studio is located about 250 feet away from my own home, so i will be nearby if you need me...
