Exactly as the pictures show!

The property the great and exactly the perfect fit for our family! There was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the pool and movie room as well as the bonus perks of the clubhouse pools and lazy river! Will definitely rent again and maybe even consider purchasing our own within the development!

Great location and spacious home

Really enjoyed the stay. There was consistent traffic on I4 (I believe due to construction) that made our travel to Disney 10-15 minutes extra each way but I believe this should wrap up shortly as it looked almost done. We also paid for the pool heat and it was plenty warm (including the hot tub).

HONEST REVIEW - Don't loose out on your money!!

DON'T BOOK WITH MAGIAL VACATION HOMES!!! My family and I always rent homes for our family vacation. My family and I just rented this home from 6/12 - 6/16/21. Upon entering the home the floor was not swept nor moped. The pillows on the sofas were dirty and stained, also the cushions on the chairs at the table. There was a big hole in the wall also. We went further to check the bedrooms. Pulled back the comforters and the linen was dirty with spots. I don't know if what we saw was hair dandruff or dead skin. All the beds look like the linen was dirty. My family had to go out and find a Walmart to purchase new bed linens for all (8) beds; which was an unexpected expense and cleaning supplies to clean the home. I called the property management when we noticed the house was not cleaned and Desiree told me that we had to wait until the next day in order for house cleaning to come and clean the house. (We paid for house cleaning in the contract.) They expected us to sleep on dirty linen. The next day I canceled house cleaning because there was no need. My family and I already cleaned the home because we had no other place to go and they already had our money. But the kicker was my older mom and Aunt returning to home to find a gentleman on the inside without anyone's knowledge of him coming except for property management. They didn't notify us of his coming to fix AC unit which was working fine to us. We didn't have a issue with it. I spoke with 4 different people at Magical Vacaton Homes; which were Desiree, Heather, David, and Joey who was disrespectful. He hung up the phone as I was voicing my concerns. Thats NON PROFESSIONAL! Because of their NON PROFESSIONALISM, I'm going through other professional streams to get compensated. I tried to do it with them but they didn't want to listen. DON'T BOOK!!!
