The home was nice. There was an issue with the passcode not working upon arriving at the home that took a little while to get corrected. But overall the home was as pictured. The pool guy came on our last full day it would have been nice if the pool was cleaned prior to our arrival as the pool was not very clean. But we enjoyed the pool and lazy river at the oasis club everyday so it was fine. The home included spices and towels and washcloths which was a plus. The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the minion room. I would stay here again!

Lovely villa in a wonderful gated community close to everything you need.Couple of small issues raised on arrival resolved very quickly.Would happily stay her again.

Fabulous villa and location

We had a few small teething issues but all sorted quickly and efficiently.We had a fabulous stay and everything was perfect. The villa was beautiful, well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. Would highly recommend and definitely use again

Great house

Everything was like on the pictures. The house is nice, the beds are comfy and the kids really liked the pool. The host answered all my questions.

Excellent stay

The property was beautiful, everything was exactly as pictured, with some obvious wear and tear that is to be expected with a rental. Kitchen was well stocked, and the pool was awesome. We also took advantage of the oasis club a few times. Having a splash pad and lazy river in walking distance that you can use for free is a huge bonus if you have kids!

My family visit Florida almost yearly We have stayed at Champions Gate location several times. We enjoyed our stay but there were definitely some things that made us uncomfortable. When you’re on vacation there is just some things you should not have to worry about. I don’t believe the owner of the property is even aware of most of the things because he’s not always there. The kitchen was well equipped. The cleaning company is not reporting interior things that need regular or annual maintenance. The pool was an issue for us. Upon arrival I noticed the filter wasn’t working so it makes the water very still and look dirty. Two of the screens are missing so there was a lot of bugs and dragon flies in the pool. The pool needed more water also. I contacted the property manager and you can tell he wasn’t aware. He put it in for maintenance to come but they didn’t come until it was time for us to leave to go back home. Every time we open the curtains to the outside the curtains rods fell apart and one had tape on it. Very clear to the cleaner that it needs replaced. You can tell the cleaners are not cleaning and maintaining things like it should be. We thought the walls were dirty but it’s very noticeable paint patches all over the walls. Very nice house the beds were very comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay but could’ve been better. This house needs better cleaners, regular maintenance as well. The property manager responded as fast as he could and I appreciate everything.
