Being honest...Spacious, comfortable older home in conveniently located neighborhood with obvious updates and decorating, but needs some TLC. Also, need to correct listing from 3 bath, it is 2 bath! Beds and furnishings comfortable, however kitchen needs equipment update of basic pots and pans. There was no baking pan, frying pan was peeling finish, we bought our own. Appreciated books to share. Lovely yard, but many wasps. I swept the carport upon arrival. Basic diligent maintenance, and thorough housekeeping prior to next guess arrival would make this amazing property!

There were 4 adults with our group. One couple and 2 single adults with 2 dogs. There was one bedrooms with a 1 king and the other 2 bedrooms each had a queen bed. The bedroom arrangement was very much appreciated. The yard was fenced which was helpful with the 2 dogs. And the Keurig for coffee was great. The house totally suited our group and the owner was very responsive.

Very clean!!

Very clean, well maintained property. We used the pullout in the game room also, and the teens really enjoyed the exercise equipment. Cooked a couple of times, kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, etc. Great experience!!

Comfy & Close to ULM

Home was comfortable, plenty of space. Great location, 5 min to ULM. Deducted 1 star for accuracy d/t 2 bathrooms instead of 3. Fairly clean, just needed a good dusting. Would definitely recommend for any events that you want to stay close to ULM. Excellent communication with host.

Nice stay in Monroe

This property was a good sized home for our family of 8 to stay in. The kitchen was stocked really well. The listing says 3 bathrooms but I believe that was a typo. It’s only 2 bathrooms. It was close to the gym where our basketball games were played.

We were here for a week for the Junior Beefmaster National Cattle show. The house was centrally located and made the trips back and forth to the Ike Hamilton Center easy. Everyone had their own room so they could spread out all their things. We bring a LOT of stuff necessary when we show! I am a diabetic and allowing my alert dog to stay with me was a great help to me. Owners were friendly and communicated very well. Pretty house on the bayou. Made us feel right at home. There were a few projects (tile in the shower) that they are working on but nothing that interfered with the use of the house. We had an enjoyable stay.
