Snowcreek Resort Vacation Rental 724

This is a 3 bedroom + den, 3.5 bathroom, two level, property with a 2 car garage located in Snowcreek Phase 5. It has a maximum occupancy of 8, which includes children of all ages. Pets, maximum 2 dogs, are welcomed with additional charges. TOML-CPAN-14482.

From the driveway walk your building's pathway, then up a set of steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to the interior landing. Walk down a set of steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

Our kids loved being able to walk out from living room to golf course and play baseball in late afternoons and we enjoyed walking across street in rain to hot tub. Having the meadow & Mammoth Rock trails just behind the unit was great. Unit was clean, well maintained and perfect for our needs. Would stay there again

Only minor hiccup was the crew was still clearing snow on the driveway when we arrived after 4pm and snow/ice covered the doorway making the property unaccessible through the front door. The crew said they were off at 5pm so would have to return the next morning to clear that. It wasn't a huge issue since we went through the garage but would've thought that was all cleared well before arrival or the crew would've stayed past quitting time to clear it.

Our Stay at Snowcreek Resort, Unit 724

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoy going to Mammoth with our family and always stay at Snowcreek. The staff at Snowcreek is organized, helpful and friendly, which make our stays there so enjoyable. This time we stayed in unit 724 which is right on the golf course. The unit is big so it accommodated our family of 6 easily. The kitchen was well appointed which made cooking easy. The condo has a great layout so everyone had plenty of space. Also, it has a great view from the living area and master bedroom. The only drawback was that the carpeting was filthy and the sofa and chair needed cleaning. Hopefully that will get taken care of before we go again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floorplan and views were wonderful, but the unit was tired and well used. We arrived and the first thing we saw was a very stained carpet. When we could get the sliding doors to open, (the door and screen stick) we enjoyed the sound of the wind rustling through the aspen trees. The dining room chairs are in need of new fabric, they too were old and dirty looking. The TV remotes did not work half the time and one of the remotes in the primary bedroom was missing. We have stayed at Snowcreek many times in the past. There was usually a notebook in the unit with instructions for the TV, cable box, washer, etc. There was no notebook in this unit. Also, in the past, the units would have a few kitchen supplies, like salt, pepper, sugar, the correct coffee filter for the coffee pot. This unit had none of these items. The dish soap and towels provided by Snowcreek were cheap. Again in the past I remember that good dish soap and good towels were provided. Also, we would have appreciated notification that the indoor pool was down for repair. We got the kids suited up to go to the pool only to find out it was closed. A heads-up would have been nice. I do want to add that the kitchen and bathrooms were clean, so housekeeping did a good job. I don't know who is responsible for cleaning the carpets. Is it Snowcreek, or the homeowner? Either way, they need to be cleaned. We love Mammoth and we have always enjoyed staying at Snowcreek, we will probably come again, but will try a differnt unit.

Perfect for our needs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic time. The location was great. We will absolutely book with Snowcreek again. There were a couple things I will note that could have been better. Only about half of the windows worked. With as hot as it was during our stay and no a/c functioning windows are essential. The screen door on the back door was sliced at the bottom so we had to put something in front of it since we had our dogs with us and didn't want them to be tempted to escape. The children bedroom with bunk beds had quite a bit of water damage on the ceiling. So yes the house was not in the Great repair but since we were mostly out of the house hiking it served our needs just fine.

We really enjoyed being able to play in the snow in the backyard, and it was a short 10 minute drive to Canyon Lodge. It was a quiet place to stay, and lots of TV options for everyone.Our only dissatisfaction was that upon arrival at 6pm the heat was still set at 50 degrees and it took a while to reach a comfortable temperature for our family.

Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a nice location on the 2nd hole of the golf course. Quiet for the most part and good escape. Property condition was not as expected, however. Carpets throughout the house were extremely dirty with dirt tracks all throughout downstairs. Downstairs couch and chair were musty and dirty and overused. Little things like liquid hand soap in the bathrooms would go a long way, but weren’t provided. Nearest jacuzzi was closed for repairs.
