Inside the home you will find two comfortable bedrooms, a fully- stocked kitchen, and relaxing bathroom. Walk outside and you'll be met with a shaded patio complete with dining area and BBQ. You'll also find an outdoor oasis with a hot tub and seating area. Come experience the beauty of Southern Utah
The space

2 Spacious Bedrooms: Two beautifully decorated bedrooms featuring cozy beds, a table with chairs, and couch, ensuring a restful stay.
Full Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils perfect for home-cooked meals.
Relaxing Bathroom: Leave the shampoo and conditioner home as our stocked bathroom includes soaps, hair dyer, fluffy white towels.
Washer and Dryer: After a day of ATVs and playing in the sand and washer and dryer is a must!
Private Patio: Step outside to a charming private patio where you can sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening of stargazing. Patio includes BBQ for all your cookout needs.

Amazing spot

Super cozy spot that had everything we could possibly want and need for our stay! Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Very comfy beds. 40ish minutes from Zion and 5 mins from Walmart. Highly recommend booking for your adventure to the area.

This was a perfect home base for exploring the area. We stayed for the Vacation Races Zion Trail Half Marathon and the house was perfect. The outdoor seating area was amazing during this nice April weather and the hot tub was welcome for sore muscles after the race. Hosts left us trail treats too! They are very friendly and responsive. Full kitchen made meals easy!
