The Master bedroom has a Tempur-pedic Queen mattress with a motorized bed frame.
Master bath has grip bars and a shower only.

The Guest bedroom has a Queen mattress and built in closet organizer.
The Guest bath has a tub/shower combo.

The 3rd bedroom has been converted into an Office and has a queen sized sleeper sofa.
There is a desk with a printer available, if you need to work.

Kitchenette with 2 chairs & a breakfast bar with 4 chairs.
Dining room with 6 chairs.
Living room has a reclining sofa, 2 reclining chairs and a swivel chair.
All 4 rooms have flat screen T.V.'s.
There is Wi-Fi and basic cable available, so bring your streaming device to watch your favorite shows.

Our home backs up to the Turtle preserve, where there is a large eat-in area, in the screened in Lanai.
It also offers a putting green to use, for your enjoyment.

It is conveniently located to Spanish Springs & Lake Sumter Landing, with a 20 minute drive to Brownwood.
It is also near the La Hacienda & Tierra Del Sol Recreation Centers and the many stores and dining options on 441.

Guest passes will allow access to all pools (except sport pools), tennis, pickleball, and all Rec Center activities.
Guest rates apply for golf.
Guest passes are issued without charge but must be arranged at least 2 weeks in advance.

Lifestyle (Temporary) Resident ID : This cost is $50.00.
This allows you full access to all amenities and residential rates for golf.
ID's must be arranged through the property owner in advance.
Temporary Resident IDs provide access to resident amenities.
Avid Golfers will want the resident ID's!
These will enable the renter to book tee-times during high-season as well as those intending to join groups and classes.
Two resident IDs are permitted per household.
If there are more than 2 people renting a home, then the remainder of guests can apply and receive the free guest passes.

Our Property Caretakers live 10 minutes away and are available to assist if there are any home issues.

All utilities, cable TV, trash and lawn service are included in the rental fee.

The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a signed PERSONAL GOLF CART WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT to drive.
If you plan to use the golf cart, let us know and we will email you these forms.
When we receive the signed paperwork, we will allow the use of the golf cart.
We have regularly scheduled maintenance for the golf cart so it is in good shape, but we cannot guarantee usage, in the event of a mechanical or tire issue.
No replacement golf carts will be given in this event.

Missing keys or gate cards will result in a $50.00 replacement fee.

We can accommodate those on an individual basis, if you only want to stay just a few days, weekly or longer.
