The home is located in an industrial area and the front is overgrown with weeds. Our trip was delayed by a day as our flight was cancelled. Although the host was quick to respond via text, I was ghosted when I inquired about any type of credit for the night we didn't stay due to the airline cancellation. Although I had insurance, it didn't cover flight cancellations due to air traffic control. The instructions to enter should tell you that you need to enter through the front door as opposed to the door you pull up into by the driveway. The ping pong table was a mini one so we did not end up playing. We should have booked the place that had the hot tub! Our stay was booked for 4 nights, 4 adults and we were given 4 towels, 5 washcloths. When I inquired for additional, I was informed that there were pods to do up to 3 loads of laundry. Who wants to do laundry on vacation? We inquired if we could use the backyard which is how we found out there were keys to the garage where the garbage is located. To our surprise is was already overflowing. We put it to the curb and added our own. Although there seem to be security cameras, the side door is pretty flimsy and seems like it can be broken into easily which isn't too comforting for women staying alone. The beds were comfortable and the the place was clean.
