This short term rental has a king size bed, beautiful decor & oversized shower. Great for vacations or visiting friends & family in the beautiful state of Maine.
Monthly discount applies to bookings which are 28 days or more.
Privacy & separate parking with outdoor lighting.
Key code & stay details are provided 24 hrs. prior to your stay. We look forward to providing each of our guest with a positive experience & enjoyable stay.
Please inquire in regard to sleeping arrangements for additional 3-4 person prior to booking, pull out couch and/or a twin blow up beds available per request.
4 person’s max stay at property. Onsite parking available. No additional guests permitted, without permission. Smoking outside only. Absolutely no smoking or vaping permitted inside the rental unit. Heater units & flammable items not permitted inside the studio apartment.

Burke’s Properties & Rentals was established in 2022. Since starting Burke’s Properties we currently have our newest Airbnb rental located in West Gardiner & ice shack rentals in Moosehead.

We love West Gardiner because it is 45 minutes to Portland, 20 mins to Freeport & 15 minutes from Augusta. It’s a beautiful country setting but close to some great Maine city’s for shopping, eating out & exploring, also under 1 hr drive to the ocean.

The main house on the property serves as the owners secondary vacation home. Excellent location in a country beautiful setting.
